man they werent joking when they told me how unforgiving this game is. I think it shoulkd start you with som tac points. give yourself the chance to prepare a little. yes i know the point is that war isn't fair but come on even in battles like bastogne the soldiers got to dig in a little before the bombs started falling.

i had liked this game before my bunker disappeared making my 1 hour of playing useless because tanks destroyed my all soldiers, love bugs ;/

Wave 237, Brandenburg Blitz. Yep, it's gonna be a bad day. No kidding. The only people left alive were my two 100 xp snipers because they were invisible. Everyone else died. Everyone in the bunker trench combo was mowed down including both nco gunners (the third one having been killed by a lucky shot from some generic soldier) my officer who had 200 hp and 75 xp, the medic healing them and the high xp engineer. My men in the camnets didn't stand a chance. All six zooks, spare medic, sig, and spare officer died in an instant.
The snipers lasted twelve more waves before being overcome by enemy armor, all the green reinforcements attempting to help killed as they entered the battlefield. R.I.P.

Got 12 men fighting, several bunkers put up and a tank is now coming onto the field.........crap, air strike just killed them all.

To the people complaining about airstrikes and arty, make sure you keep your squad count at maximum 6. Because if you have 7+ troops arty and airstrikes will come... Units in camnets do NOT count to your squad total. :) Hope this helped

TakeshiMK maybe, but I think a 50 man blitz on wave 34 is a lot of men to fight. And why would that only be on wave 34?

Round 54, no one has gotten through, I'm using one dude With 100 xp 118 rifle ranger upg mounted laucnher and bayonett and he's a spec ops there are no people alive then the game randomly ends... saying I was overrun

heres a good strategy that I use, 1. With the first 10 points you get use it on 5 Frenchies 2. Move them up to the top of the screen 3. Equip all of them with shotguns 4. Laugh as they completely demolish the Germans

I only wish that ranking up was faster, other than that this is a great game and would be awesome if it were a downloadable game for the Ipod

This is (and has been for awhile) one of my favorite games on kongregate, or really anywhere online. If I could make one suggestion, this would be it: show us warnings about incoming arty fire, planes, etc; in a different place than where descriptions of everything are shown. It's annoying being caught off guard by these things because you mouse over a button or enemy or something
