Funny thing, I've always been spamming spec ops in this game, until now that I discovered the most astonishing thing...Sarge. Not only does he cut the germans down like mowing his lawn, but he makes some funny comments about these, bullet-eating pig f***ers. X-D

One of my starting soldiers had 74 rifle skill ^.^ I was like a kid in a candy shop! I bought him ranger training and equipment, later on a BAR, double sandbag wall'n'sh*t. He went up to 124 rifle skill and I think he killed over 200 germans, WHAT A BADASS! On wave 77 with 395 kills he died, it really f***ed up my game, but I finished with 3500 points. Too bad I'll never get another one like him, that was a one-time only spawn...

just got Manoeuvre, Combat, Bronze star, and Medal of Honor all in my first battle on this computer, I had one soldier who started with a level 32 rifle skill, and made his way up to being a 2nd lieutenant. He had grenades, rifle grenades, a BAR machine gun, 2 medics on him, and ended up being killed, along with one of his medics and another soldier by a tank. after he died, everyone else ran like hell.

warlord100000 u dont get air born or bomb unless u have or 6 guys so use cam nets BUT german scouts can disable the cam nets for 10 seconds so there would be still a chance of getting raped by arty or by the plane D:

Tip:germans dont bomb unless theres no one of their soldiers in battle field and if theres a soldier they will just bring airborne soldiers hope it help to you =)

all i did was buy a engineer build a bunker buy 2+ gunners a signaller an officer and a medic or 2. Then place them all in the bunker and call in an arty when theres too many germans coming. also a faster radio thing helps

wow i got the gurerilla warfare ribbon just by surviving with my sarge, some bazookas, gunners, officers,specops and a 100exp sniper! which go invisble even if he shoots. dang! survived till 100+waves

how to get wave 50:
1.get enginer
2.make an mortal pit then get 1,2 mortals(them are rally usefulll)
3.get medic and oficer
4.an bazooka and a guner
5.sniper
6.get more snipers!

one way to win: spread out your starting guys near the middle. Buy an engineer then build two trenches on either side of the field. After this buy an officer then a medic, then a sig. Then build a trench in the middle of the other two and buy two gunners (8 points). Stick a few mines at the top if you want. After this buy a jeep or two and a spec ops, and you should survive more than 50 waves. + if this works.

tip:get your medic,oficer,sig and engineer first all up this costs 13 pt but you will have an advantige over the "bad guys"[ceap this comment alive so other people can see]

Bad bug in the game when i was palying and the clean up thing happend after evr 10 waves i lost 2 bunkers and my pill box. i was on 74 waves and died because of that. please fix it has happend more than once.

Great game Urbs. It definitely improved on the MaB1's mistakes (eg: lack of unit control, poor graphics, etc.). It does take a while to get the hang of it, but once you do, it turns into one of the best WWII command games i have ever played. I also like the concept of "War is not fair.", whereas other games of this type throw hundreds of soldiers at you with AI tactics a cat could outsmart. This game has depth, in it's units, terrain, and enemies. It really captures the aspect of an outmanned and outgunned squad defending against waves of german attack. Despite a few gameplay flaws (american grenades are about as powerful as cherry bombs, whereas a single german grenade can decimate your squad.), this game is simply great. cant wait for MaB3. 5/5

It seems taunts and supply crate waves count towards the Gold Star Star Ribbon, even though they are not displayed. I received my Gold Star Ribbon on wave 135. Its either that, or a bug ;)
