"Ready for some unfair brutality?" to me translates to "Your soldiers have an excessive lack of common sense." This game NEEDS intelligent soldiers, ones who don't throw grenades over a line of their best friends to hit a guy across the entire map, ones who don't try to do the same with a bazooka, ones that don't stop in the middle of a field to take a pot shot at an advancing line of panzers, and ones that will use their firearms in an intelligent manner when in hand to hand combat. Seriously, they will shoot anywhere at anything unless their target is in close combat. That would make sense if the rest of the game followed obvious laws of war (namely, don't shoot a bazooka indoors, in a trench, in a bunker, or in front of someone. THey will die.)

@Zepplid, i think CQC doesn't happen in the pillbox.
I ried to stop a volkstrum to be the last flanker putting my officer in the way, no CQC.
Maybe its the new patch?

Wave 120. No deaths. Tiger Tank, 3 Flak-38's, 2 enemy officers, along with a brandenburg blitz-wave. RIP Y.Caca and Sarge, the only 2 who made it out and survived 11 more waves.

Nevermind, I both read and wrote that wrong, from the bunker's perspective. Still, pillboxes are suspectable to Sd.Kfz.222's and German Flamethrowers, not to mention V1's and CQC.

Space is pause. And @ Regrets, troops inside a pillbox aren't invincible. In fact, the bunker itself can be blown to pieces if hit directly with a grenade or anything bigger. I suggest for added protection place a trench inside it. More bullet protection that way.

Two parablitzes in a row, followed by a Mobile Artillery Blitz and Special Weapons Blitz, all at wave 50. I didn't last very long afterwards.

I love starting the paratrooper challenge with two of my men landing on rocks, one of them starting out downed with 5 hp.

god, this game is so unforgiving XD so i manage to get a 100 rifle soldier with a 60 rifle BAR spec ops covering him. two blitzs in a row, para (which they handeled pretty well, shooting them down and all) then a pazherakdghaksdgh or something blitz, 3 trucks, one tank, tons of soldiers. amazingly they took out the jeeps, and were working on the soldiers when the tank landed a perfect shot on my spec-ops and medic, injuring my super soldier

The thing about this game is that: When you are dominating all the Germans with ease, a single blitz wave or arty round can turn the tables against you (:

@nath9091: The Sd.Kfz.222's were designed for friendly-fire, so the best thing you can possibly do is keep all of your men in the bottom center and place some AT mines at the sides. As for your AT guns, I wouldn't buy them; they don't have very much health and are killed easily. A Sherman is much better in terms of firepower and longevity. Lastly, Spec Ops do a very good job of killing the gunner out of the Sd.Kfz.222, though it doesn't destroy it completely. Hope that helped.

Sometimes the AT units don't make sense,they see a vehicle near them,they shoot it, killing team members on the way ._.

Four AT guns, four snipers, engineer, officer, medic and a regular. Only six units not under camnets. All units arranged near the bottom of the map. Armoured car flanks straight into the middle of my units. All four AT guns proceed to friendly fire each other, half of my snipers and all the non-sniper infantry. And the armoured car wasn't destroyed. Can someone tell me how I could possibly have stopped it? The armoured car flank needs to be removed because you can't possibly arrange your AT or rear forces to stop it without incredible friendly fire.

i still love this game.... but holy crap, i fogot how unfair this was XD i had a trench with 2 guys, both over 60 rifle skill, wave 50- artillery blitz wave, first shot fired wipes my entire trench FFFFUUUUUUU

I got 3 normal soldiers and 2 Special ops, and one tank at a nice line, after a while there comes a Kiz 222 or what it called, who is coming out from the side and behinde my line and kills all the soldiers, and then it comes a bazooka and kills my tank. OMFG !

Hmmmm. Tank and AT Halftrack vs Panzer IV and Wespe. Panzer IV and Wespe win with no losses. The Allied AT weapons really need accuracy bonuses vs AT and the Tank needs a greater area of effect especially vs soft vehicles. There is no useful AT. It all misses endlessly while the Wespe just drops artillery shells until everything on your side dies.

Goliath mine-robot thing gets sent about a foot to the left of my AAA gun, and it misses and keeps driving past all my guys, never blowing up

@Tiggusman Use camnets and don't go above the six-man rule. Also, buy a Sherman instead of a mortar, or at least an M3 AT Gun, which is the same price but has a much better chance of killing tanks.

great game some minor improvements as follows: u should be able to tell ur troops who to attack and ur guys shouldnt set off mines u built

Its unfair in the fact that wave 20 there sending in artillery fire and tanks! How am i suspose to defend against that when i only got 5 guys and 1 mortar that cant hit shit.
