The artillery strike... Hmm... Did you mean for peoples games to always end with an artillery strike? It is quite frustrating. After having happen several times now, with a fairly small deployment (admittedly including a tank), I have to say, its a real game ruiner. Yes, I could have probably gone for a thousand waves without the artillery strike, but its frustrating, especially within the first 50 and probably within the first 100 or even 150 waves to get hit by artillery. And I've made it that far. There is no way to prepare before wave 50, and still have a sustainable squad. I'd call that a balance issue.

Let engineer repair tank and jeep, this is real in life right? Also tank still can catch fire by buring guys, is this a bug?

Actually, while I find the artillery realistic, I also think it makes the game extremely difficult and frustrating. Nothing turns me off for the night like having my promising team blow up by artillery that I couldn't have done any better preventing.
In my best game, the artillery only fired twice in 150 waves and never hit. Perhaps we could move the first artillery strike back a whole bunch of waves for the first 2 ops? No artillery before 50 or something?... And a wave counter.

haha i got 2538 points in one game and in the same game onwe of my specops got 99 exp trust me the ultimate soldier is a specops with a BAR maching gun and it may not be quite as powerful as a tank but for 20 tp u can get a tank but 4 22 tp u can get 2 specops with BARs!!!!

lol i found a typo, if you give grenades to a solder that already has grenades, it says "This soldier already have grenades.."

Seriously, ,my tank just sat there and let the enemy tank shoot it for about 5 minutes. It never once fired back.
Also, I had two soldiers and a tank. One sniper at 70+experince, and one regular infantry at 70+experience. Both at 200HP. They were just mopping up level after level...then suddenly the entire battlefield was bombed black. Kiss the awesome soldiers good-bye.
That's not particularly fun...
Also, I freaking cleared so many levels...up to the first tank...and I still didn't get promoted? What gives?
Please post a scale of promotion. Also what the little insignias on the soldiers mean. I'm not military and I can't tell rank by stripes.

I got the Bronze Star twice, but only one is showing up in my Ops area. Also, I had won a ribbon that gave me a 1% chance of getting a free soldier when I ordered a soldier, but that ribbon disappeared when I got the Medal of Honor...WTF?

jeeps are GLITCHY
1. they are SLOW, i mean their jeeps, they should be fast
2. i had them suddenly lose all its guys
3. i've also had them freeze, they wont move, but didnt get hit for anything

And, of course, that's why it would make sense to encourage beginning players with more TP during their first campaigns as well.
Artillery may well be overpowered when it comes to men in trenches and bunkers. On the other hand, in long games, players may have the TP remaining to replace and rebuild a deployment.

one or two experienced soldiers and a tank can control the entire field. You'll note that the highest ranking ops allow you to do just that, essentially resulting in endless mayhem, because you've got TP in the bank for either next game, or to rebuild if you get hit with artillery. And another tip, if it isn't firing, put a commander next to it.

this game is amazing, i just hope that the medieval version holds up to the mud and blood reputation, no matter what anybody says, this game will always be one of my favorites, also if you find this game hard at first, try to keep the first 4 soldiers untill you get a tank then just use that and get another tank and so on and so forth

*engineering stuff (and sometimes rocks and trees) still disappears, verrrry annoying to lose a bunker and 6 points this way
*artillery is overpowered... if it covers basically the whole screen, and kills tanks and entire bunkers, surviving an artillery strike is not very interesting

why the hell do the vehicles stop firing after their initial volley? my Jeeps haven't fired a single shot in over 5 waves.

Fun! My snipers held off the enemy for quite some time. They actually both because the same rank the officer is! But then artillery came and they didnt quite make it to the bunker in time and...well, the rest is history. The ONLY problem I had with this is that it gets harder and harder to get tactical points and it gets to the point where it becomes nearly impossible to replace some of the troops you lose. Theres gotta be some way to earn tactical points faster! Or at least make the chances of the reporting thing working a little higher than 10%.

ppl who do not want to be bombed and killed.Build a bunker behind ur trenches and a radar when alarm goes off stuff everyone inside bunker u will not get hirt nukes bounce off my bunkers

i had a tank, 100 exp spec ops and like 6 medics all up at the front lines, an arty blast took out ALL of them...i kinda laughed at first

thalacas, when it says that a flanking german is removed, it doesnt mean that the cross is supposed to disappear.....
