medics don't fight.
gunners, flamers and bazookas are all considered as "springfields", but they dont use it. I suppose the author was too lazy to have to make an image for them :P

The experience gain is too slow for your forces. The German players seem to get better faster.
I do like the game and understand it. But after playing for a good deal of time, no new rank and no ribbons.

i had a bunker with 5 guys in it and the 1st wave of germans walked right through it with 1 of my guys dying and none of the enemies - how??
also bazookas, mgs, start with springfields very confusing when u have stacked guys

i just read a tip that said the next mud and blood would be in the midevil times...i think that would be gay...you should keep it in wars that have guns

btw, to all, if you havent figured it out yet go to urbanprophet's forums and check how to get promoted...
ah ok... i'll tell ya... after every combat (when you lose) you can see how many points you did... when the total of acumulated points reach a certain value, you get promoted.
to get higher points just kill(10 points), recover crates(make this kinda of a priority since it actually give 15 points), hit your enemys(5 points), and deploy some units(cant remember how many points...)

good lord.....thank god you were ingenuitive enough to implement this experience system controlling our soldiers 'decisions' so that newly enlisted soldiers wouldn't think twice before lofting their own grenade directly into teammates trenches..great realism there, an unexperienced soldier acts like a 2 year old child

its actually kinda cool... i finally managed to get promoted to first lieutenent... and i'm starting to develop great strategies...

ps: dont speed it up... at first i thought it was too slow... now i see that i could use some slowing up a bit... maybe put a "1/5; 1 and 2x speed button"? being 1 the current speed...

Does anyone else get magically disappearing or teleporting trenches? Sometimes, right after I make them, they disappear or move to another place on the map. I'm pretty sure war isn't *that* random.

If you wanna pwn get a sig, an officer, and 5 soldiers equiped with M1 Garands and Tommy-Guns.Use air supierority so that airplanes dont own you. when you have enough $ get a tank

ex) Soldier: Accuracy-High /Morale-High/Function-can be upgraded
Medic : Accuracy-Low/Morale-Low/Function-can stitch wounded

there's some brown star-like stuff in field and i can't find out what it is

8. provide a cancel button so when a soldier is stuck behind the yellow buttons you dont spend all your points by accident trying to get him to safety

to anyone interested: barbed wire is not useless- it has a CHANCE of stopping the enemy and dealing small damage, it might not really be worth the 1 TP (I think it is), but it's permanent.
other than that, this game needs a good manual (instruction leave out 2/3 of the game mechanics!), and it needs to work on collisions (bunkes should be impassible, coliding soliders should engage in melee, etc.)
2/5 for the game, 5/5 for potential.

Great potential.
Tactical gameplay doesnt need to be slow.
Weapons need statistics for better comparison.
Leveling is also a bit blurry for I had men with plenty xp and no patent.
But great idea and good game!

you probobly get alot of these, its a fun game untill they bombard you with alot of air strikes, it shud be a faster game too, make the tactical points appear faster, and make the soldiers manuver more quickly. if it was fair(tank killed me on first round) and faster it wud be 5/5, but the way it is its a 2/5

6 germans walk STRAIGHT through my occupied bunker. My soldiers missed when the tips of their rifles were touching the enemy. Could've been cool but instead sucked.

since you dont have to advance put certain optional objectives on the forward battlefields like "destroy enemy antenna" or "rescue stranded squad"...the latter one could even get you a couple of extra men...random men lol

Well um...I'd love to be able to say something about this game but:
Earlier today,when I saw it on the Kong intro-page I went to go play it and it loaded right up,and I had to leave right then...So I come back this evening to check it out and it won't load at all..started it up..nothing..went and fed and walked dog..come back...nada...still loading..shame..looks like my kinda game too...tried refreshing,reboot my browser,yadda yadda...nope.
Is it a game of patience,is that it?If I can stand waiting for it to load,I win?

I like your exp premise, but you need to fix something, true a srg would be very skilled compared to a fresh recruit, but a fresh recruit wouldn't stare dumbly as the enemy marched on his position, nor would he miss at point blank range more often then not.

Dang! Those halftracks at the end are hard! I had two anti-tank crews and they were too stupid to hit them and the enemies tanks!
