i got 3 snipers with 144 rifle and a spec with bar with 99 rifle im on wave 109 and my men take the enemy jeeps out quickly! even if there was 5!

tatics- get 4 jeeps put them on the front side of the map only 2 on both. then get a sniper and specop upgrade them. then if arty or bombs hurt all ur jeeps they will only hit jeeps so ull use ur sniper and specop :D i went to wave 102

i agree with what others have said. no way in hell are you getting 5 bunkers (10 gunners total) all with 100+ rifle without using last stand. you can't do that WITH last stand.

however, to save some points and receive less arty strikes, use your spec ops and your eng (after bunkers have been placed as meat shields)

as your # of people grows, the # of arties you receive also grows (also you get fewer and fewer smoke bombs). with last stand, i start with one spec ops and then go straight for a 2 bunker setup (2 gunners in each)

wat id do is send the first 4 soldiers up onto almost enemy lines. then i send 3 flame throwers up there too. then 2 gunners, 2 engineers and a medic. i make barbed wire around the places where my guys arnt the make bunkers where they are. i also get two mortars( if i can) and send them near the middle of the field. its da ultimate defense ifu survive long enough to use it...

I've heard all sorts of things from all sorts of people. Unless I get full confirmation that trenches and bunkers don't stack then I'm going to continue believe they do. Anyways, if an explosive falls on a bunker but doesnt blow the bunker up and you have sandbags in the bunker, they will die.

deathlord the trench is useless unless its outside of the bunker then arty and explosives will kill the officer the trenches and bunkers dont stack but sandbags do

Erm... like I said I used to use it without the last stand option... you know, before I got it. I even gave an example. First of all they wouldn't be on a wave that high, the gunners, if they upgrade well could be maxed to 120-130 by wave 20-30. I've gotten a second bunker without last stand around wave 40 several times and have had 3 good bunkers by wave 100.

deathlord0, your method is exactly what i use, but you have to keep this in mind- not everyone who plays this game is a general so they don't have the last stand option. Instead, they have to get their points the hard way. By the time they get a bunker and a gunner with 50 rifle they'd be on their 60-70th wave.

But without the brigadier general ability, I've made it to where I've expanded to having 5 bunkers with officer gunners, 1 med and 2 officers in each one.

I use brigadier general's ability, last stand and immediately make 3 of these bunker-gunner thingies and so as to not have to stick a med in every bunker I stick the middle one about 2/3 a bunker's length up from the bottom and the other ones in the corners at the very bottom so the middle top one will draw all the fire. I stick 2 medics and 4 frenchies in there.

frenchie recieves its benifits. Upgrade gunner some more until it looks like when he becomes an officer he will have 120-130 rifle skill. There you go, something that alone can make you survive for hundreds of waves. You can get a signaler and bomb tanks when they come, but I usually just let them pass or let the game clean them up. The officers extra life ability does help if you lagg from destroyed tank husks, but the husks also block off one of your only real threats which are bazookas. Bazookas kill bunkers more than any explosive in the game. I've never had one killed by a mortar or a tank, but bazookas are a very big nuisance. Expand if you want to and repeat the same strategy.

6 is the limit of soldiers you can have before being arty'd, yes. But that doesn't matter with this strategy. We are going to be using an underappriciated, but extremely useful device called a BUNKER. First order of business, get an engineer, get a bunker bottom left-hand side of screen, get a gunner, put it in the middle of the bunker. Upgrade Gunner with ranger training until he is at least 50 rifle. Buy an officer OR a frenchie, I use officers because they increase firing speed of the gunner. Stick him in the top right-hand corner of the bunker. Buy a medic when you can, then build a trench at where your officer or

If they keep using arty, then you have too many troops. I keep mine under 6 if I can. only time I use more than 6 soldiers is if I have a bunker.

ide be cool if the units could be set to a like type of placing like tatical defence or agresive and then they mov on there own but that would be hard right i think
