i have a good strategy that really works. you get like 4 flamethrowers and send them to the enemy line but dont gain ground and put al least 3 snipers n bank and gunners are optional replace flame dudes when they die and you would be good until tanks come also they never use arty's on you when yo use this strategy for some reason

Holy S@#%! I have had so many arty and planes and bombs its not even funny. I think i may be on the top bombs recieved and top arty shells recieved of all time, maybe very close to the top. That is... if I survive.

Gyroscope... you have to ranger train them until they have above 50 and then stick them in a bunker, gunners get a bonus in bunkers. After it starts killing blitz waves in 10 seconds flat, you'll see what lukediewalker means.

Gunners with Ranger training suck!
Spec ops with bars are better. The gunners are nothing compared to spec ops. The reason is spec ops come with grenades and ALMOST ALWAYS with better rifle and morale

Urgh. Randomly dying emplacements. I have no idea why my AAA exploded when it was at full health and nothing around to kill it.

Did the amount of bugs just increase? Units suddenly disappear, even entire enemy waves. As if it wasn`t one of the most unfair games available. Lame.

So I deploy a random squad, upgrade 1 weapon while I'm at it. Enemy starts advancing, 3 grenades, all direct hits. Game over. Lasted 15 seconds.

Yeah Gbro I know exactly what you mean. I doubt I will also play it anymore(although I love it) because I lost all my Progress. Containing about 12 Ribbons and me being a Lt.

i just killed Santa last night via airstrike (on wave 76) or was it the mortar, minefields, or my grenades that got him ? my first encounter with him is terrible - he weaved right through my minefield n survived two bomb dropped needless to say i 'miss' him - but now i got the xmas ribbon: free ranger training - he usually appears near the top hence the landmines n my suicide troop: medic: fast walker (prepared 2 blow beside him)

Dolomite. The guys that are promoted to officers are NCO's or Non-Comissioned Officers. This basically means they will become an officer with full officer rights when they get back and are promoted by the general.

Move commands should have more importance then firing, i keep trying to put down mines but my engie sees a guy shoots, another steps on a nearby mine and BOOM! no engie!

Having a solider who has been promoted to a lieutenant should count as having an officer for the purposes of directing fire and calling for air support.

For all of those that are wondering about this whole killing "Santa" thing please read the following.☼ Santa wont come out and play on a specific wave... this game is 90% random as is Santa's appearance. Once you do kill him which is a couple airstrikes or an a bomb/arty. to the dome you do in face get a cool ribbon. Once obtained this ribbons will let you have a free ranger training at the start of each mission. Santa came out on wave 115 for me and i dies :(... then on wave 57 he came out the chimney only do get an abomb dropped right on his head. This ribbon will make a great addition to your collection... GET IT SOON SANTA WONT STAY FOREVER!

Yes, but put him in a bunker at the bottom right in the middle of the bunker with a medic and frenchie in front of him.

Use the 12 point start from scratch thingy and get a gunner and keep using ranger training on him. Once he gets to 100+ rifle skill he will beast anything except a tank.
