Is there a mute button somewhere? I cannot find one. If there isn't we need a mute button here. It gets really annoying to listen to all this shooting after a while.

i agree with tijamat needs impossible badge somethin like kill 500 enemies in single game, survive 50 waves without losing a single person and hire at least 5 of all units in a single game (dont have to be done in one play)

guys EASY WAY TO GET HARD BADGE!!!! from the start dont spend anything until you have 3 canons then buy tanks, snipers and bazookas and u easily win!!!

So yeah...my new bazooka guy well advanced into the game decides to shoot at his own troops...guess what...goes off and kills pretty much every high ranking troop I had..

No repair :( Also i'v noticed, that enemy tanks/jeeps are showing depending on your forces. Buy a jeep - and you will see german armor too! Also antena + radar attracts tanks/jeeps. Without building any of these and without any tank/jeep i went to wave 150+ without encountering a single jeep or tank on german side.

Dude! You just completed the "Bunker? I 'ardly knew 'er!" achievement in Mud and Blood 2 and won the "Bunker? I 'ardly knew 'er!" badge and 30 points!
I had a bunker with 2 machine guns in , but they died.
a spec ops captain [yay for high promotion !]
captain in the back of the bunker , mostly to gain me extra points and get rid of some enemy forces.
Jeeps in front to absorb enemy fire [lost 2 so far.]
I'm trying to save for an 20mm AAA , but everytime i keep losing a jeep and need to buy a new one.
Is there anyway to repair vechiles ?

Have to ask, how on earth does 1 get to high levels?
At level 38 I get 3 jeeps and a tank bashing my troops. If I build 3 AAA guns and bunkers each wave consists of an air attack with on average 4 artys hitting me.
Plus if I had to fire each soldier who watched a German cross the line, my squad would be, no more.
Bet I will be told to go read the walkthrough.

Have to add something...
Even the little guys in DTD know they aren't able to run through the guns and turrets yet the Germans walk right through any building I may put up.
Also could the tips be disabled, at times they push out the information which was more relevant.

Great game which got me hooked.
That said, there are some changes that could/should be made.
1. Hovering mouse across bunker should make it so you see who is in there, or by clicking some command.
2. Allowing you to see the details or stats of the German, like you would in other defense games.
3. Sometimes a waves dissapears when a new 1 arrives, handy but not correct.
4. Lower graphics option and sound off.
5. The wave -counter goes negative, handy to get those 2 pointers you get at the start, but still a bug.
6.Keep up the good work and I look forward to the next game. In all thank you for the fun/frustration you provided me with :).

My opinion,this game 4.5/5.Spec Ops realli pwns.Seriously.I survived to wave 52 with 1 person and that was Spec Ops.He totally pwned killed 100+ppl and he was like godmode somehow.Arty came and somehow all missed hit the germans only xD.But it's like I send someone out he straightaway died so I surrendered got 3 medals with 1 person.^^

gave 2 points, it deserved 5 for good gameplay, but those random events r just to hard, especially this nuke arty without warning, u can play for a day and get kicked in a second, with no warning, no chance.
Same time theres a save or continue missing, because it just takes forever and needs computer staying on over night an stuff

for those whose games aren't loading:
have you tried CLEANING YOUR COOKIES / CACHE etc...?
Sure your save is gonna go but at least it's gonna load (90% sure)

Vouch: artillery and planes will strike whatver half of the field you've got the most troops. Therefore, this works for me:
bottom half: four (started with two) spec ops in trenches, upgrade as you like. They kill stuff. Top half: two bunkers just over the halfway line. Bunkers contain officer, signaller, engineer, one soldier, two medics and two frenchies. Keep them away from the front edge of the bunker.

@crackmac:enemies target the biggest threat to them by default,so the soldier with a BAR is the biggest threat unless you have a jeep/tank e.g so yea it does make them a target

it was abondoned partly because so many soldiers died from diseases caught in trenches and they were open targets to artillery

thiswouldbeme, pause works but there is a bug that if you pause when there are enemies or own people in screen shooting, they keep shooting.

big glitch because it happened again when u pick up a crate with detailed orders you loose 12 waves of the wave counter which has subsequently led to me not gettting the geatest generation challenge

Need to make sure you can actually pause this. I paused supposedly, went and did something in a window, heard sound effects in the meantime, and when I came back my engineer was dead.
