I lost durring the first dropship and the flag was SO far back and there was nothing between me and the boss area (where there was no longer a boss), so I continued.

i too agree with ross, i did an internet search the other day(was looking for metroid like side-scroller)
i was amazed when there were so few of these, it would be perfect for flash,mayb less tower defense games more of these

There's a few bugs...On lvl 1 the first building on 2nd floor bad guys can shoot through walls. If you die and respawn and get the token on the third floor of the building the door closes and you're trapped.

Woot, finished it from start to finish without any game over/continues. The black armoured soldiers remind me of Black Mesa. :D Anyways, the only thing that I think this game is missing is background music. Other than that, excellent graphics, very detailled gameplay, lots of variety of secrets and enemies, and can be challenging at times.

Ragdolls = lots of replay value.
Dynamic Bosses = Replay value more.
Dynamic cutscenes = Replay value go boom.
ONLY ONE SUGGESTION! Customizable weapons, and add another mission where you come in by parachute.

Ironically, maybe days before this was on here, i was thinking "Wow i wonder why no one makes a good side scrolling shooter like Contra or Midnight Resistance in flash.." I'm baffled why this is not in the running for this months grand prize.. button hunt beating this?? what the hell!!?? This game is a true treat. I'd consider it good by 90's arcade standards. For flash game standards, this game is a masterpiece. This game is so good that I feel I should lower the rankings of other good games I rated on here. My heart sinks when I see reviews posted like "totally crap". Maybe make an easy level for the wee children, and a hardcore level for true gamers. That might boost your ratings. People are probably rating the game before they can see the cool levels and the rad bosses. Enthusiastic 5/5

I'm not sue if anyone experienced this bug, but my gun suddenly stops shooting intermittently on Level 3 in the area between the kamikaze bots and the jetpack machinegunners. More precisely it seems to happen on the flatbed (between the three bombs and the grey crate). When I leave that area, my weapons work normally. No, I'm not using a Mac, and am using Firefox. I've been trying to replicate the bug, but sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. It happens not only when walking on the ground, but sometimes when airborne.

a "problem" with this game is that the levels get better and better, so people may sto pplaying before sy lvl 3 or 4. I mean level 4 must have taken a looong time to design! amazing. and for people who complain that t is hard, what i do is that i try not to die before getting to next stage, then it is possible to start the game again from this point.
5/5 for level 4, boss level 3..

the worm boss on lvl 2 has a bug where, if you die, you can be thrown out of the tower. the worm then followed me, so that when I respawned, there was no worm in the room for me to fight.

It's nice to see criticism taken on board, I love the physics and all the neat little features. Brilliant game, don't change it too much,

Even though its al litte bit too hard in my opinion, i liked it from the first minute on and couldnt really stop playing it :D
