High quality game with some serious pacing issues. You gain your first 3 of 6 allies over the course of about 50% of the game. This may seem about right - half the characters for half the game - but if you look at any other party based RPG you will see that you normally gain 60-100% of your allies in the first 10-30% of the game so that you can construct and execute a grand strategy for the team by 40% through and spend the rest of the game refining it. The battles are boring because they drag on and there is little room for strategy in that the monsters are simultaneously too weak to require serious planning while also nearly immune to most strategic actions - I rarely see a boss get burned or poisoned, much less stunned, so those moves don't seem very worthwhile. This game would be a lot more fun if there were more variety in the enemies and abilities.

Only thing I would change is you should be able to control the things you summon, I'm tired of my summon attacking all of the things it can't kill and leaving the things with one or two health alive so they can get another attack in.

So here's the deal, I get all the way to the endless cave and I'm farming away trying to reach a descent level, and then suddenly BAM, a level cap of 20.... i was enjoying the game SOOOO MUCH, and was even thinking of going premium, so went from a 5 star game to a 3 star... really, how am i supposed to get crazy level'd up and fight the SECRET BOSSES hint hint, that pseudolone wolf's Mardek had... which btw didnt need to be upgraded to premium!!!! so dissapointed, oh and one more thing, it took forever to get 2 character, i mean even to get the first one, and then right wen u get to the end, u get like 4 new characters one after the other REALLY!!!!
so dissapointed, i was soooo enjoying the game, but the one thing that really is an rpg killer for me, is a level cap!!!!!

Ok i just finished the game and I want to say some thing that I belive TLOTV 3 should have: (1.)If you bring an enemy below 5 hp i think and game should round down and your enemy should die. (2.) When you scrool over an item i think the bar should state what class can use that item. (3.) The shop... for one i can't tell you how many times i baught something thinking it was for rouge and then OVERPAYING and finding out i can't use this item then being really sad :(. (4.) Lastly I think THAT ALL THE FLIPPING SKELTIONS THAT USE BELITTLE SHOULD DIE IN A DEEP DARK HOLE! Well, thanks for reading (if you actually spent time to read this) and btw I really like the narritor voice at the end. Great game 10/5

Honestly, I don't like the premium content. Yes, I do understand that it is a good way to get a few extra dollars, but I think a game this grand is sort of diminished by it. Perhaps in the future if you do premium content it could be just bonuses instead of an extra campaign. I do think this is a good game, but I feel it would be better received by more people if instead of charging for the extra campaign, it could be a side option for, say, beating the game on the highest difficulty, or completing all the side quests or some system of reward. A lot of younger users just wont play games that require money simply because they don't have money to spend. I'm not saying to stop charging all together, because you need to make money also, but make it more bonuses or a few extra features, say higher difficulty or better item drops, instead of actual game content.
Don't like it? Can't afford it? Then don't buy it. But don't assume that you can speak for every person out there when I can load up my Kreds stats and see just how many people DO LIKE IT, CAN AFFORD IT, and HAVE BOUGHT IT :)

Having both Maya and Kane has allowed me to make this game way too easy. The enemy can never too more than 15-30 damage at one time. Even ramping up the difficulty doesn't do much other than make the fight longer.

So...Do half these notes I keep finding even mean anything? As in, is there something I can find by following their clues?

for every meaningless achievement I got I patted myself on the back. Now where once was skin and bone exists only a land of pain and I can no longer move my legs

5/5 for sell all junk, hide equipped, run from battle (useless, I think but good), ability to buy the items I sold as non-junk, the appears-when-you-need tutorial and some more little but useful things.

The skill "Murder" just applies your current stamina as true damage, it's just that STAMINA TO TRUE DAMAGE it doesn't sum up to a normal attack or whatever... that SUCKS, who would ever build a WARRIOR around STAMINA just to use one friggin skill??

@violatergames - So Malit'z, Lord of Deception is unarmored? Stunned him with Alyss, then hit him with Brendan's Lightning Bolt for 40 points of damage. His turn came and went (he was stunned), and when I got to Brendan again I used Conductive Shock...which only did 38 points of damage. He could not have gotten any buffs because he was stunned. I don't know the actual mechanics so I can't say it really isn''t working right, but I can say that my perception is that most skills are fairly pointless.

Please let us be able to choose the level up stats and skills of out party members too. Having a warrior that doesn't do any damage is really useless. Andras doesn't put enough stats into strength so he cant event use the items that are dropped.

I came back to this game. I actually played it yesterday and came back today. This is really rare for me. With regards to the actual game, the graphics are fairly impressive, the levelling system is impressive. I think the inventory is a little messy, but that's fixed by the class/type sort system you've got at the top. Whilst this is a really good piece of work, I feel like there are a few quirks left to clean up. 4/5.

I like the game, only suggetion, is to make it more clear what item's are equiped to your character. Instead of it shaded, maybe a different color, or even a totally seperate box window showing whats equiped. Thanks, again good job on the game. Better then the 1st.

getting confused of vulnerability buff/debuff if it's a provoke skill which makes you more threatining in your party or a minus armor skill but there is already a minus armor debuff ingame...

Hey everyone, working on an update at the moment (badges soon!)... I need additional information regarding the Ancient Tome popup bug a lot of you have experienced. I am not able to recreate the issue so I need you to PM/Shout me every detail you can think of related to it (during battle/skill screen, which tomes it effects, is it still an issue after restarting, when did you first notice the bug, etc). Thanks!!!!!!

Why don't the magical attacks I get after gaining a few levels work any better than my basic standard attack? One would think that a 6th level skill like Penetrating Strike (which supposedly ignores armor) would deal more damage than a basic hit.

Why is there a quest (you apparently can't 'finish') for the Endless Forest? It's unnecessary. It's on the map when you find it, just like the Endless Cave, you're not going to forget about it.
You may have missed a side-area with more enemies. I designed the game to reach Level 20 without having to use the Endless zones if you complete everything along the way.

I can't seem to get the First Strike quest. There's two caves and it looks pretty self explanatory, but I can't go into it... what am I doing wrong?

Damn..what a sequel. I've put a lot of hours into it and just now beat it. It's one hell of a long game. While nothing about it was new, everything was so well done and the quality is so high. The first was alright, but this really stepped it up. I thank you for the 1,000+ hours you put into this. You did a fantastic job.

How about the ability to reset and assign your party's abilities? Andras is a warrior, why in the world would I want "Monk" when "Sweeping Slash" is more appropriate and helpful.

This game has elements of many other RPGs I've played here in Kongregate all put together into one game. Overall, a job very well done and congratulations are in order. You have a good balance of all game elements. I had a few suggestions to make along the way but they are minor and more a matter of opinion, so kudos once again.

I loved the game, 3rd installment? =)
I think ppl get annoyed-by fault of their own-that the badges aren't easy to get. Also achievement hunters get it on their radar and some don't like rpg's I guess....

This has nothing to do with the game itself, but I would never tell people to "turn off cCleaner". Give a better option such as "back up your saved games" and a link to a tutorial.
Backing up the save is a major hassle if you plan on playing a lot. You don't have to fully disable CCleaner either, just turn off the part that deletes Flash Shared Objects.
