Who were you fighting and what difficulty,and who were you playing as?If normal,and that was the same as your max health or a tiny bit less,then you may of been insta killed by a powerful hit.Unlike on easy,where enemies are not allowed to insta kill your hero by the rule of max damage doable to heroes health is 90% of hero current max hps,on normal enemies have no such restrictions,meaning that black ninjas you can find in the city of nagoya can and with decent armor equipped on your hero WILL Insta kill your hero.I only have excellent experience in easy mode,so there may be something in normal that I haven't spotted which allow another unit to insta kill you depending on your current max hps.The samurai guys with golden armor instead of black armor alsohave the skill that allows black ninjas to insta kill you,so be careful when around either.

Really, I never knew: Its impossipble to use sepical weapons while mounted :P (Just to let you know, it was spelt impossipble in the game)

Lol im a man (but im playing with a woman) and i fight someone and someone pops up out of nowhere, gets behind my back and starts to like...shove his spear up my charecter's ass...Lol....It was some kinda golden leaf or osmething.(Golden leaf is a spear...WIth kind of a leaf looking tip.....)

i love this game, i first attack the capital oof holy cross (so easy), then i just take over the whole holy cross,
then black hordes land, then great trade republic, then forest land, south desert to end with where i started far east empire :)

cant properly control your hero and no matter how many troops you have you always loose so there is nothing to do other than leave it alone :D

!!IF YOU CAN'T CONTROL YOUR HERO!! I was using Internet Explorer 8 and couldn't control him. I switched to Safari and can now control him. I hope that helps soe of you! :)

looking for a game thats flaws ruin an otherwise fun concept? how about a game where you are constantly boxed in by your allies, turning every battle into more of a low quality movie instead of a game? then this is the game for you. I really wanted to like this game, but its flaws simply overwhelmed it and I quit out of frustration

WereMagi: The 'group attack' skills don't miss, so probably that. :P
After I successfully claimed my first capital, the experience netted from that enabled me to get by without using my army ever again. Just load up on healing pots, back to the wall, (or other obstacle), spam it.
Spear seems to work the best. And if you find an occult rune? Holy schnikies! 3k damage per hit for me on Normal.
Also, once you're strong enough to kill rogues on your own, island nation quests = easily abusable source of money. I had such trouble starting and taking over cities. Then I figured out rogues spawn within the territory you're in, not the country. So I abused Llanelli like crazy. 30 minutes later, nigh-invulnerable and able to take one capital city...and after that battle...

These are quite a lot of typos and misspellings in the game. example "Golden Shadpw". I like this game a lot, but there are a lot of bad spellings.

guys, i dont know what you all are complaining about, i litterally have 3 MILLION of whatever the currency is just sitting there, and my army is equiped with golden soldiers and do like 500 damage each hit; and basically i DOMINATE. so whats the prob?

very nice game! ah, i found another very nice game! it`s kind of a real life simulation. you can work and fight in wars there, get involved in politics or build up your own company for example! just use my link if you want to join: http://www.erepublik.com/en/referrer/tmv23 to get you a good start: the first things you need to do there are: get a job in a company and work there, upload an avatar and after you did that train to raise your strength. Then buy some food and login again at the next day. At the begin you have not much possibilities to be honest BUT: Every level you gain you have more possibilities! by the way, the power of the countries depends on their citizens, so join and support your country! For example at the moment there is a huge war between Hungary/Russia/Indonesia/Serbia/France/UK and some other allies against USA/Croatia/Canada/Poland/Sweden

rouges are montains with a red flag that apear on your world map when you receive a mission, you simply have to go there.

And where the heck would the rouges be? People always ask me to "Take care of some rouges", but they never tell me where in the starburst they are.
