Well this is a good game but it is very buggy. My special moves show up for my crossbow but not for my two handed sword. They would show up at first then nothing as I gained experience. Also the level up function stopped working which meant I could not level up any more. My character would randomly freeze up when I would switch weapons then I would have no choice but to die.

Army size on normal is stupid small. It took me forever to capture my first town just because their guys are all better than yours, and the army is kept so small that many of the special attacks (like the mult-bowshot thing) are worthless. I can understand it being small in the beginning, but maybe allow your army's size to scale with the number of place you capture? I'd be much more inclined to play through if I knew every town I took over would give me +20-50 guys. Seriously, I don't even really get to buy new guys, I either crush the other side (and can buy 1-3 guys), or I lose. Woo Hoo.

Holy Tribunal just randomly stops working for me. Additionally, even though I have it at level 5, it only does 150 instead of 250 for damage. I think I've had one battle where it did as much as it should.
I could stand the not doing as much if it actually worked though. Instead, when I go into any larger scale battle (like the ones for a town), it goes off like 3 times, and then stops. VERY IRRITATING!! I essentially wasted 15 skill points.

Really poor. Clunky movement, clunky interface. You quickly get super rick, and which point you can just buy 3000 - 400 potions and take over the capitols, even without an army. Far East seems like a challenge, until you realize that their uber-soldiers in their capitol use an attack that's only strong if you have a high defense. Get rid of your armor and they're easy to beat. I really don't get why this is well rated.

When the game first started up and it showed the intro i couldnt stop laughing because it looked so pathetic. I believe i saw a hammer smash down on someone and his head fell off as if it were cut off. I havent even began to play and i already think it's horrible.

Another strat for the hopeless... Grab yourself the female far eastern character, max staff, then keep maxing your dex every level, put the rest of your points into STR and CON, and max your staff AOE attack (the second staff special) just run straight in and carpet bomb them with it, you will -never- lose, even in the far east main city, you don't have to ever wear armor, your high dex makes you dodge like a ninja on crack and once you get a +10 staff you'll do over 80 damage a pop to almost everything on the screen.

if you're having trouble with the far east guy's guilotine blade in the capital, take your armour off, when they use it on you it will do 0 damage

Whilst I have full hp, I get one-hitted by a normal dude in the East Empire final capital, before the throneroom. Is this normal? Happened about 5 times now. Got major armor, major stats, killed about everything there is, but still get one-hitted.

Lol... I captured two of the East Kingdom towns (one of which was the capital) by dying. I played the fight like 5 times and kept re-loading my save afterwards, and the last time I re-loaded, I owned the town I was trying to capture!!

used the Spikey crossbow. You can buy it right in the beginning. Just level, and move around. Don't worry about melee or armor too much. I have 2625 life and had 105% chance to critical. Once your strong enough take over far east and just buy the best units and control it all. Oh like everybody said... DON'T USE ARMOR FAR EASTERN EMPIRE!

I never played the first one but I enjoyed this game. A few bugs in the game, but it happens. I also thought that the potions where a little rigged, they need a time limit. I was able to beat just about the hole game with just my hero. I used Selena from great trade republic. I simply used Cross Bow with shoot piercing shot and on units that took several hits or boss I used head shot. Get your dex to level 99 and used the
