tank. you need high strength and i recommend a high hitting weapon like a two handed sword. i think that there is a ninja weapon thats a throwing star that can hit over 1,500

i beat the whole game without any troops it wuz just me with these weapons and armor, immortal gaurdian full plate, glorious crusador helmet of valor,blind soul braker, and the mysterious holy bow of death, best combination in the whole game

A good way to get all badges faster is too take control of villages as soon as possiblem get the golden horses (I got them at Alexandria) up your int and art of war skill, your golden horses will do more than 500 damage and you will get the 2nd badge in a easier way than trying to have a damn good stuff. One you have a dozen of golden horses and art of war + int maxed, U won the game without doing anything during the battles...

Overall, this is a fun game, but because of imbalances like those golden horses it becomes way too easy after the first few villages. 4/5.

Joyofelf is right. Second time playing, I chose Forest faction. Getting the first five villages was only a minor challenge, and once I had ten of those golden horses from Grouzeno, I basically sat back and watched. Conquered the next 27 towns without losing a single unit or casting a single healing spell.

for 500 dmg badge, the weapon isn't the most important thing, though i think the highest base dmg weapon is the 2 handed axe you get at the forest faction capital (max 200 dmg i believe). The way to get 500 damage is to fight a bunch of battles and accumulate several magic items that add to damage (ie unholy, crushing, suffering, etc.). Without the magic items to augment your damage, i don't think it's possible to get 500 dmg. feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, though. its possiple to hit over 500 but u need have best axe and str over 270
