Great game! And the most powerful unit (my opinion) are the black samurai, the only time the AI kill me is when they throw boiling oil (Note: IT BURNSS!!!!) 5/5

i own 9 towns and have an army that the great generals would envy, guess i could have more towns if i didn't do so many random battles for more gold to make an enormous army.

also all you need to do is conquer echigo and then u beat game this game kept me occupied well a little boring after a while but its still a 5/5

strength of warrior badge is easy just get a blue weapon with damage 200% and critical hit 200% and then throw something

A nice game. Once you level a little bit, it get real fun. Once you capture a few towns, it's a great ego boosting game. I think it could have had more variance, and definitely had more importance to the main character's equipment, but it was an enjoyable game. 5/5

With the strength of the warrior badge, all you need is one weapon with "of Death" on it. That gives you +0 to 1000 damage per hit. Not impossible at all, Thompson. :D

Go for the japanese area first, save your money once you conquer one of their larger cities and buy Great Heroes. They will never die

The nations aren't exactly balanced. I played first as far east and found it extremely difficult, then played as holy empire and almost didn't have to try after fifth level.

this is a great game...
the good things about is you can get plenty of wepons and armour. but the bad thing is that you cant attack up or shot diagonoly and sometimes it dosent let you get your money from quests. one time i bought so many people that the last people where just flashing guys and froze my game.

Felt like i had very little control over the battles as my ai units just fought there's just needed enough armor not to get killed myself. Lots of selections for armor and units were nice but had so much money just loaded up on the most expensive units not really using all of them. A little cumbersome to sell all of the junk loot.

Just get in Grouzeno or whatever the Hero Horse, 20 for total of 30k should be enough. some roles of 1/3 heal and Ragescroll and you win every battle without moving the hero. final battle was me against the last huge castle. i was getting smth to eat so i went away and after 30 min i was still alive because i had 70k lifes: imortal and saints rock!

hehe army of Great Hero's and Black Samurai's can conquer anything, good to have the best crossbowmen in reserve for arrow wall's too
