For the medium badge I found a mysterious helmet of death that reduced defense and dodge to 0 but increased hit and crit by 100% and gave an extra 0-1000 damage. The item isn't really a viable item to wear all the time but all you need is 1 hit with it on and you'll get the badge. If you can find it that is.

dunno,I started with the East but it turned out quite more challenging than other options. Forest dude really went easy.

i start with ninja dude and so rogue killing quests. Since you start on a island you won't need to travel that much and easily make some nice cash, enough to get you going

This is funny, ranga kid, because I got the Medium badge while only equipping high dmg equip without doing any combat.

Start with the forest lands man, pump strength and equip a greek fire (or its counterpart) as soon as you can and it's GG from there.
