I've just found a glitch.. leave the first hand empty and put something in second hand (throwing weapon, bow or crossbow). Now try to put a two handed weapon on the second hand, it will automatically go on the first hand but now you have the weapon in second also in your items! you can do this infinite times, that means infinite gold if you sell them :D

Why does it feel like my character movement is not fluent? Maybe this is because it isn't. I can't move toward an enemy without getting stuck on nothing. Is getting stuck on nothing part of the game? I also, can't tell for the life of me if I am hitting an enemy without being right up in their face and I don't be being diagonal to them or above them. Btw, I bought a boat one time to travel somewhere and it took me nowhere and dropped me back in the city I was trying to get away from. It might have been my fault though, but nothing told me how to move the damn ship. Also, there aren't many sounds in the game. I can't stand playing a game that has no sounds or music within towns or on the map. Just don't make it annoying. This game is frustrating, repetitive, and you can change the quests until you get one that has a huge money since the majority isn't worth it.

For anyone playing on Google Chrome: Just so people know, the controls seem to work fine once you switch your weapon. Please + so people can see.

There's a glitch. First you'll have to start a new save file. Afterwards, immediately attack some random city (don't do anything before that). Die on purpose, and do not load. Start a new game again, and the city you attacked will be conquered. Repeat this a few times, and the world will be yours.

Here's a thing: Asuming optimised equipment, you can get roughly (not sure on the max horse bonus) 189540Hp and an armour rating of 6561. And yes, that's almost two hundred thousand Hp. You won't be able to hit anything, but that doesn't matter anyways if you're using Greek Fire.
I imagein this crazy bastard: A demonic figure in black steel riding into the capital while splashing napalm everywhere, himself included. He doesn't mind. Only the most desprate attacks can touch him and even that doesn't faze him.
He used to lead an army, but he burned them all in battle and didn't bother recruiting anyone else. Outside the cities he's constantly under attack by a secret alliance of all countries; inside they don't dare, else he'd burn the place down.

To earn 500 dam badge you can find 2 "crushing" items [they have 100-300 damage bonus]. You don't even need to hit nobody, the badge checks only stats of your character ;) Good luck.

How to be completely overpowered at any chapter of game: get >100 con, 2 items with Immortal perk and done. You are a tank with 8k health. While everyone try to take you down your archers/axe throwers e.t.c. just obliterate everything on battlefield. Oh, an the first spell, which restores 1/3 health to every unit works on you too, restoring >2k of health on each use.

Small bug: when you enter a hostile city, you can click on one of the buildings instead of the "okay, let's fight" button. If you do, you can use that building like normal, back out, and then stay in the city without having to fight.

I think the most overpowered ally you can have are the Great Heroes. They do massive damage, have a ton of health, and are super fast. I bought 10 of them, and they lasted me the whole game. Hint: You can find them in Grouzeno.

To get the "Strength of a Warrior Badge". You should get an item with the effect: "~~Mysterious (Item) of Death~~"
Increases hit chance by 100%, critical strike chance by 90% and damage by 0-1000, but sets defence and dodge chance to 0 and decreases HP by 80%.

Is there no way escape the quest giver and return to town. There is no menu choice to change options or just back into whatever town you left. ... there should be!

I second bluebear69. Started as the eastern guy, conquered Echigo after some time and did a massive slaughter with black samurai. Lost 6 or 7 soldiers while conquering the remaining 26 towns. Balance of the gameplay is one of the weakest sides of this game...
