I have been playing for 5 hours, I am now level 46. I still can't hit 500. I have an enchanted shuriken doing 230 tops with a bonus 160 tops, which is a maximum damage of 390, and critical should be well over 500, and my strength and int and con, and dex are all 200, and my far east weapons is 100.

I'm holding a sword in each hand, getting a critical hit on every attack, and doing ~900 damage per hit. I have a grand total of 13 hp. >_<

Haha, when you arrive to town with harbor and they want to fight with you just click on harbor and they wont fight with you :D

the easiest way i found is to choose Niora as your hero, and buy 10 or more black samurai at Echigo at the upper right corner.
AND master intelligence, art of war and patriotism.
swap all of their weapons at the start of every battle, and you're ok with the rest of all cities.
So beating that city might be the first priority. I had beaten that city after just clearing the three smaller cities of Niora's first island.
3/5 game since it's lack of buttons like sell all, main menu, exit battle or so. and walking around in the map is way too freaking slow!!

A tip for the medium badge, any item with a "Mysterious _ _ _ _ of Death" enchantment would give you the badge instantly(even while only wearing them).

Easy way to win > Max out Patriotism and Art of war. Always buy strongest melee units(from your area. Example, you're from far east, buy the strongest unit there). By the time you leave your area, you have units that hits at 600 per attack.

i got like a couple thousand gold in loot from enemies in like 4 fights ( one was on a boat and another had a coupl horsemen with a bunch of guys walking) which i fought all alone with nothing but my light cross bow and a few healing potions, i am impressed with myself so now im just gonna spend all my money on potions and a better cross bow if i find one and before i take city then ill get loads of troops

It's an awful game, I don't understand, how the hell this game made it on the "Best of 2007" list!.. I could rate it 0/5 if there were such an option, because 1/5 is too much for it...

What really sucks about this is how powerful your units are when you get high level. Makes you feel weak. And they do 500+ damage all the time while you do a dinky 200 lol

I boosted so much into strength to get medium badge when all you have to do is have an estimated 500 damage. You don't actually have to deal it >.<
