4 mysterious X of death items, when using ranged weapons, allows you to hit (crit, might as well be one and the same) for over 8k damage. You basically never miss, and always crit. Just spam melee units in front of you, work on ranged skills, get good items (anything with bonus damage to work with your first mysterious x of death item), and keep your ranged weapon in your main hand. Always funny to overkill something for more than 10 times the hp of the best units in a game.

it's possible to finish this game i about 1h or so with not much effort. don't border with your hero, just build an army and use your skill points on only intelligence/patriotism/art of war.

This is a fun game, but the number of bugs it has is ridiculous, especially since it has been out for almost 6 years.

You can usually judge a villages capability on 2 things; 1. The obvious is size. 2. Not so obvious is the weapons they sell. I know some of you will be like i already know that! But, if you need help deciding to take over a village look at these 2 things.

P.S. Buy one row of demolishers and as many cheap for fodder as you can stand. Sit bak and relax as you conquer everything in about 4 seconds.

Hint: Capture Ra-Gorod as soon as you can. Just overwhelm it with numbers, buy lots of potions, whatever you need. Once you get it, and buy several Berserkers on your front lines, you may as well have already won the game.

Just found a glitch. I died while my PC freaked out, and now it keeps saying you died, it fades out, flashes the save loads, and repeats. Over and over again.

I find it sad that my troops hit two to three times higher than I do. -Shakes fist- Someday I will be worthy of being called commander!

Game is to easy compared to 2nd game cuz all u need to focus is intelligence,patriotism and art of war then all ur units get a huge boost to attack and defence espically if there part of the nation u start in

Why am I not allowed to view the stats of special armor when I'm in the forge? I have to keep backing out and switching between Inventory and Forge in order to sell things. Argh.

PS :dont buy demolishers they will destroy your entire army if at least 1 of them survives and they will kill you too if you are melee.
