i doubt there will be a version 2 with no bugs and possibly multiplayer because then well this game would be epic… BUT O NO MY LVL 50 GOD LIKE NINJA THAT DOESN’T EVEN NEED UNITS FOR BACK UP AND MY 600,000 GOLD AND MY HORSE NAMED CHUCK NORRIS AND MY INTENSE SWORD AND ARMOR THAT HELPED MY GOD LIKE NINJA CAPTURE NOT ONLY THE LAST CITY IN THE UPPER LEFT OF THE MAP BUT ALEXANDRIA ALONE AS WELL. Pick a Far east hero, go get a big army, pwn Echigo, hire 10 of their samurai, and then you've won the game. Ranged weapons combined with +damage armor also wins the game.

there is a extremly good guy called black samurai in the small village of echigo, its a black samurai academy with damage 80-260 and hit rate 100%

Once you get the hang of the game it's too easy, after conquering only 4 towns, I was able to build up an insanely good army and conquer the rest of the world and only lose two men. There also needs to be a "YOU WIN!" screen when you conquer everything.

best bug ever, when you die trying to capture a town, start a new game and you will have all the towns you had when you died PLUS the town you were trying to take

this game is jus a little unbalanced, you need to have it scale up the difficulty as you conquer more.
And the elite hero's should cost 100 or 1000 times more than they do now, they are much too cheap.
Also, I would reccomend some bonus for actually using your hero to fight - a moral bonus to damage or something. now it is too easy to sit in the back and direct crossbow volleys from the reserves.
I like the way the volleys are implemented. Does they type of archers/xbows in the reserves determine hit percent and damage, or is that unrelated? I think at least the damage should count, it giv more incentive to have better archers in the reserves.
I would like to see a better system for selling equipment, perhaps a one click per item option, rather than drag and drop. If you have to fight 3 or 4 times between towns it takes 5 minutes just to sell the loot!
This is a good concept for a game, but it needs tweaking. I look forward to version 1.1!

Very nice game, love to see a version 2 come out. maybe the other teams could have wandering heroes that try to take your towns or have more variety of quests, maybe some kind of a sim thing where you have to govern or something would make this more than awesome, but for now this is awesome :)

Good game with some flaws - the bad spelling is really distracting & it's too easy to get to a point where your units will always win every battle.

Making a way to sell objects by way of a shortcut key would be great. Limiting army strength and having other cities gain strength over time and attack other cities would also enhance longevity. There could be different factions that are each fighting for ultimate domination. Cool game!

Erm...I tried to swap my weapon but it didn't work and I can't attack anymore...Luckily I have my Armor of Invincibility so the round is lasting forever and goddamn forever is too long

I've taken oer everything, am lvl like, 47,or somthing, hav top intelligance/art of patriotism,top with mace (im karl), Top throwing, can have mysterious sinners of death and have so much health that my bar DOES NOT GO DOWN when im hit 20 times..

Conquered the world at lvl 44. Doing quests now for 20k gold each. Up to lvl 47 now, not losing any soldiers....yawn. 600k gold, with more junk to sell than I care to look at.

5 great heros and 5 Elders will defeat anything without using heals, bezerks, etc.
Needs something to do after you take all the cities. the quests are boring.

If you can tighten up the poor spelling, give the game an ending (or even better a few endings) Tighten the UI, You'd have a great game.

As many here said: Its a great system but not a great game. Taking in mind it is a flash game it does looks great. Needs story, better gameplay, more content, reward for conquesting the world (but not end game) and more challenges. Also it would be nice if the other empires/cities attacked your cities. It is ridiculous that you can simply make infinite money, build a huge army os dark samurais/heroes/ghost bowmen/elite snipers and fuck the shit out of everybody.

Really a great game. I have to agree with DukeFlipside on a few things, like adding more maps, stronger opponents, and maybe even let us topple the Roman Empire. Now wouldnt that be fun.

Nice game, played for three hours. It becomes repetitive after a while and it definitely needs a better interface for selling. That was a pain in the ass, really. Also an ending wouldn't be bad at all. Good work however.

Aside from a few UI things you have a great game here. I personally would prefer a bit more tactical control of the combat (and not have my troops run infront of me when I'm trying to do some kill'n) but it is good.

I took all towns and nothing happened. It should have a story, other kinds of missions etc. By the way, I got lvl 44 with 600k, and by the last half of the game my lines were invincible.

once you get great hero from the top right island there is no challenge in the game, you dont even have to heal or attack or use rage, the great heros should be much more expensive and so should the black samurai

this is a badge-worthy game. One thing though, you need to allow for equipment changes and leveling even when you arent in a town
