Fun game, better than 90% of the stuff on Kongregate. Still, it gets really boring fast once you take a couple of cities.

With 10 black samurai and decent patriotism/art of war/intelligence, you can defeat EVERY single city in the game. without losing a single ally.

The requirements for the Strength of a Warrior badge are inaccurate. All you have to do is buff yourself up somehow so that the top number of your damage range is 500. I did so, and got the badge before even starting another battle.

I now have everything full. I still need the hard badge.
And yes, there IS a sell-all function. It's a little tick-box thing in the bottom-left corner when your in a shop.

Fun game. "Sell all" has been mentioned many times. Game play was fun, but there should be an ending animation, or some other end game reward. Easy to beat with either armies of men, or a single powerful character, once you get rolling. Errand missions are a little buggy, and the overall feel is very 'clunky' - but I enjoyed it, and occasionally still play it when I get bored.

This is a fun time. The key is to not use your character to fight. Keep getting the best melee fighters in your front two lines, and load up on archers and crossbows in the reserves. Then you keep healing your fighters and bringing waves of deadly rain from the rear. INT and Art of War pump up your guys to levels you can't believe.
Would be a five star game if the inventory management wasn't so cumbersome.

ill rate it a 3/5 for he glitch but i would like to see a sequel or summit, maybe an online one were u own a city and other players own the others and you take each others cities?

my game glitched, every time i start it instantly shows battle screen and then im fighting for a city called wanderburg , but then it comes off battle when i die and it shows iv conquered all cities? this is weir and it always happen when i begin new game, i cant rate this until ive actually played it.

Sweet game! Bit too easy though. The ease at which money builds up and therefore I can build a ridiculously huge army. Love the archer&crossbow strikes. 4/5 looking forward to a follow up.

currently I'm trying to conqure everything with just your character. It's easy but the battles are longer and you need to use more scrolls (My srolls and potions have never been more than 10!), but it's easy.

Four Stars. Great concept but needs a little work. Patriotism and Art of War should not be so easy to increase (and/or should not increase with hero stats but separately in some fashion). It could also use a bit more depth. This game vaguely reminds of Ogre Battle on SNES. Come on, who wants to re-code Ogre Battle onto flash? You know you wanna.

how do you know if you get 500 damage? is that the number that pop up during battles? if so, i got more than 500, and it still wont giv me the badge!!!

you should have enemy army's (like city battles but in woods etc...) who will come after you if you attack one of their city's.

Or, you can fight bandits until you get a ___ of Holy Light. The one that adds 100-300 damage and decreases critical hit chance by 90%. Heck, find of the items for two or three slots. You won't need critical hit when you hit about 700 most of the time.

To get the 500 damage badge, its quite easy. Get strong enough to counquer one of the barbarian lands (forgot which one) but its the best one. then max art of war and have around 60-70 int. max all spots with a great warrior (the one with 1000 hit points) and sit back and relax. eventually one of them will crit and with the added bonuses, they'll hit 500 or more...its quite easy. good game.

How do you get the darn 500 Damage badge ? What weapons should I use ? I'm using the Elite Crossbow and the Soul Braker , but I can get 200 Damage at the most . :(

Good game. I agree with momoman, there should be more towns. And, I'm probably missing where it is, but a Menu button should be good so when I want to start again, I don't have to keep refreshing my browser.
