I could also see this becoming a great Multi-player game. The turn-based setup and Team 1, Team 2, features scream Multi-player.

I have the map-scrolling problem, and still got all the badges.
In 1948, you have one craft with gas, one with boost. The one with poison simply keeps heading straight, gassing in alternate turns. The other craft boosts just enough to keep ahead of the gas, weaving back and forth to entice the chase planes to run through the gas.
When the boost craft gets near the scrolling wall, turn it. The last chase plane is just getting enough gas to go down. Now it's a simply matter to loop back and tail-kick the slow craft into the ground. 4 stars.
I'm not perfect; I finished with 53 stars on 15 missions.

5/5! Needs upgrades! And to have a final cut scene after every level to watch all the moves you made in a seamless video would be cool! Not to mention helpful on what you do wrong strategy wise.

Just btried to re-play 1948 for the Monocular Badge. Went three turns straight dropping gas, then suddenly my first plane was off-screen, the second on fire without being hit even once, and I was defeated. PLEASE, fix that map-scrolling bug! It seems not to be a problem for all players; if the one gets the badge with this tactics, the other should have this chance, too.

great game now you need to make a 2nd version where you can upgrade. also have the option to make more than one move so you can make like 100 moves and watch a whole battle unfold that would be loads of fun

mediocore, no stats to upgrade, the star rankings apparently do nothing. Fun for a few rounds but no reason to come back :| 3/5

Balloons, airships and bombers can be shot down without getting a single damage. ;-)
To the Author: AI seems to be needing an improvement: enemies just follow your planes, so it's easy to attract them in a spot where you are advantaged....

Does increasing my rank through the number of stars I have translate into an increase in in-game plane statistics such as more speed,armour or increasing weapon damage?

I aced 1945, piece of cake. To take out the balloons easily, do this: position ALL of your planes after one balloon (spotter). With 4 planes you can take em down in one run, so they can't even shoot at you when you fly over them. Then just do the same with the behemoth, go behind it and make turns that allows you to shoot in the start, and flies away to safety later. Get back easily with the 180° turns

PLEASE FIX THE BUG occurring when the knob you use to control your plane runs outside the map border... IT'S VERY ANNOYING!!!!!

Fix the issue with the map edges. Planes are unusable around the map edges, there's nothing more annoying than losing a two stars because a dumb glitch. Other than that this game is incredibly addictive. Very nice.

its a good game but the control could be a little more better and the way you move, cause sometimes i want to fly really long but slow so you cant get hit by the guns. And you cant chosse what power ups you want casue i can get really hard when your planes havent the same power ups. the enemy is to dumb they just fly in circles. but the game is fun so i give it 4/5

I thought it was fun. Shouldn't take you too long once you figure out range and AI tactics. I am not sure what the 360 function on the first level with seeker/sentry/whatevers is for. My friend suggested I double team them, and lo and behold, works great and you won't take a hit.

everyone bugging on the map edge should know where it is as you can't scroll past it.. come on. ditto krinndnz on the plane scroll over and music volume.

had 1948 ready to be 4-starred on my first try (only had the big slow moving plane left) when I found out that one of my planes was too close to the edge of the screen, and couldn't steer it away. The plane crashed. Lame. How about some sort of warning?
