Not a bad game. The big air ships make it almost impossible to not get hit. Could have come up with a more creative way to deal with those other then to weave in and out incessantly just out of their range.

I do like the game, but I believe it's fine as it is - experience points and whatnot would just make it worse.. Multiplayer wouldn't be worth all the effort, too. Regardless, great game.

I... i can't believe it! I almost got the "Monocular Precision Badge". There was only the blimp left. I distracted it with one plane and i was shooting at it with another plane. When it was almost dead i stoped controlling my distraction plane - no use, i thought. But then, as suddenly as a bird poop from the sky, my distraction plane flies out of the mapa and dies. I kill the blimp at the same turn. I'll give it another go later.

Great game!

Am I the only one who is having trouble playing anything other than the training mission? Even after I complete it no other missions are available.

Excellent game, I wasn't sure it would work when I realized it was turn-based, but I think that's what makes this game so fun.

For 1948, keep running the direction you started in but keep the poison plane directly behind the other plane.
Then, keep moving in a straight line while shooting poison until everything except the winged plane is dead (from poison). Circle around the winged plane until you're behind it, and then move slowly towards it so you can maximize the damage. Once you get too close, circle around and try again.

Wow, this is a great game. Nice concept with very good execution except for one "little" detail: The enemies aren't very smart, are they? In some Levels I really want to know if there is any possible way of getting 4 stars without abusing their stupidity.
But besides this issue, this is a very enjoyable experience. In addition I'd like to praise the music specifically, I rarely hear such fitting and immersive music.

Frustrating and very annoying how your own planes can poison themselves while using the poison cloud ability- it makes getting 4 stars on some missions a gamble instead of a matter of strategy.

@Ippus The blimp is very tough and powerful, the two advantages you have are speed and range. After you take everything else in the level out, get behind the blimp (with plenty of room to spare) and slowly approach it from the back. After you get off 1 solid volley, get out of there, loop back around, and hit it again. (Simply U-turn if you have the ability). It'll take a half dozen runs, but you'll take it out eventually. (If you get hit at all, you're getting too close!)

@anakin2177 Send your planes to the right initially, and get them on the same line, with the gas plane slightly behind the other one. Just go straight (or as straight as you can), spewing out gas as often as possible. This should take out 3 of the planes w/o taking damage. By the time they die you should be approaching the boundary of the level. Send one plane on a large loop north, the other on a large loop south. The big bomber will follow one of them. Just keep him on a line out of range of the bomber. Use the other to swoop behind the bomber and take him down.

I beat 1945 with 4 stars; the trick is to come from behind, and don't get too close, because your weapons have a longer range than the Behemoth's. However, I'm having problems with 1948; any help?

So... the blimp is wiping the floor with me... how the heck do you approach that thing so it doesn't tear your planes apart?

For those of you who are having trouble with 1945, take out the balloons in the first two turns (2 planes per balloon should do it), then maneuver your planes in a wide arc around the zeppelin. Have them come in straight at the back, flying as slow as possible. After they get 1 solid round of shots off, use the U-turn skill, head away for a turn, U-turn again, and repeat. It'll die eventually, your guns have a far longer range than its guns. Use it to your advantage.
