haha, I thought the new SteamBirds was the "_secure" one and ended up deleting my saves. Guess I really do have to start over.

How the F*ck are you supposed to beat the blimp in the last level?! I tried it with all four of my planes at once, some shielded some not, and they all dies after the last attempt, with the blimp almost dead! I wish there were a way to save mid-level. That would be incredibly useful.

For 1939, let your planes move ahead a little bit for the first turn. Then move them ahead at full length for the second turn and for the third turn, activate their shields and crisscross the two planes so that they make a complete turn-around on the fourth turn.
If that made any sense to you, that's how I didn't take any damage on that mission.

i wish there was a save button, this is the 5th time i've had to restart this game, or atleast an option to skip the tutorial.... would be nice. but this game is good. 4/5.... the blimps are stupidly difficult to take out

still can't get past the tutorial. It shows the victory screen but after that i can't start any other mission, and the tutorial mission says not completed...

Geez! the last few levels are incredibly hard! I wish there were more options, because there isn't much to develop a strategy with.
