And also, like others have said, you should probably fix the running off the map=instant death. That happened to me twice when I was really close to getting 4 stars in 1947. :P

Incredibly awesome and addicting game. The main thing that I did not like is that the AI is really dumb sometimes (i.e. flying directly into poison gas while trying to chase me, even though it should know that it will crash because of it). And also, there's not much replay value once you've beaten the game with every star. So yeah, I think multiplayer would be a great idea, and a sandbox mode where you can make your own scenarios would be pretty cool as well. Overall a great game, and it kept me hooked until I finished it.

Same problem as whislter86... can't get past the first mission. Goes back to the map/mission select screen and still reads 0 stars.

note, you can reduce the quality by right clicking, and remember, nothing is stoping the enemy from gasing eachother, good when you got dusters on your tail
the only thing i dont get is the colors, its you(red) vs everything (blue,grey,green)

lag like hell on my system, impossible to have worse, it almost freeze my browser... amazing for such a simple game. A pity because the game is fun

Great turn based game. Never played anything like it. I loved trailing the toxic green gas behind me for the enemy planes to choke on. Well done!

I've tried IE, chrome and FF, and I can't get it to let me past the first training mission... don't have cookies turned off or anything...

ahhh, need to fix where your planes are near the edge, the arrow is out of bounds and cant change direction.... so i end up losing

It's easy after you get figure it out.
For the larger targets, stay behind them and creep up on them slowly. Turn around before you are within their firing range, rinse repeat.
For darts: they are annoying. Either use speed to loop around them, OR get in front and gas them. OR a combination of both. If you have more than one plane, use one as a decoy (but keep evading using speed and turning) and the other to shoot it down. "never leave your wingman"

@baldylocks: First take out the smaller ships with two planes/ship = no damage to you. Go past the zeppelin on a distance not to be hit. Come up from behind and fire a bit, do a 180 turn, do 180 turn again as soon as you can so you're still behind him, repeat until he's going down, beware not to get too close to him or you'll get hit. 4 stars.

I am seeing alot of comments about gasing your own planes and I will jump in on it, it blows! Nothing worse than trying to get four stars only to be injured by your own planes gas because of the frame rate skipping around. I would love to see a quality option to help reduce this. With that said, it is still a fantastic game.
