Loved it , was too easy though, and the bonus level was quite cheesy. There was room to put 2 bosses at a time that would have been a great challenge

i was playing a different game where i had no lag at all, and closed the tab when i came onto this one, and i have tons of lag now, and lvl3 is impossible cos i press the arrow key once, and the ship moves through as many bullets as it can, and i've tried going back on the other game and it still has no lag, which means it's this game so... wtf am i supposed to do...

Very entertaining game!! I liked the idea of the bonus level bringing together all of the bosses of the 10 levels, however besides the bonus level the game was very easy...

lordnaruto doesnt know what he is talking about ive yet to see a glitch the game is based on old 80's vector style games so it should look like this your just complaining about nothing but every forum there is some one trying to stir stuff up for they have nothing else better to do

But it's a great little game.
If anyone completes all 10 levels first time through without dying... you need to get out more.

I died in the first 15 seconds on level 8. Scared the crap out of me. Wasn't fast-reflexed enough to dodge the incomings.

To all people saying it's like Frantic you know nothing about shoot'em up. Frantic is not a manic shooter, Pixelvader is.

Thats like saying Frantic is rubbish. Because it copied Space Invaders. Or R-Type. But still, not a GREAT game, hard to start off, 3/5.

If you think this game is a rip-off of frantic, you're a goddamned idiot. Not because of superficial differences like the graphics, but because this type of game has been around for perhaps two decades. It's a decent take on the genre. As with just about anything, it could do with more of everything, but it's great as it is.

Some upgrades too expensive at the start? But but... it's impossible for anything to be too expensive when you can just repeat if you don't have the skills to pass without the upgrades.

Although the initial low upgrades were a little anoying. Later in the game with high upgrades its very challenging and fun. With many improvments over Frantic.

the fact that it has some similarites to other games does not mean that he does not have to be rewarded for his trial. so stop the comments "frantic is better" and "its copied". If we only consider the highest rated games as a measurement of how good a game is, then none should make games. One of the causes of Kongregate is to encourage amateur gamers to start from somewhere.
