I love this game. The dialogue is awesome and it really reminds me of Star Ocean with the RPG/Space style of game. It's awesome and I am still not done with it but I really love the story. I hope to see a sequel. The developers did great on this one. :)

I'm a massive graphics snob. I dislike textual cutscenes, and infinite level obscure upgrade paths. I abhor stats. DAMMIT, why the hell am I in love with this game?! xD

There are many untold stories out there,waiting to be read... waiting to be heard. So make your story a good one. No, make it a great one.

Hmmn. Everybody seems to like this game, but for me it's 3/5 - the combat was repetitive and not terribly challenging and the story honestly wasn't all that engaging. The characters were funny, which almost brings it up to 4/5, but not quite.

this is the best game i played it has shooting , very good history,very good graphics , upgrade system. and some life teaching crap (that i loved) and the music kinda goes with the game

I love the care you have taken into making this game. Its simple in the design but very deep and rich in story I love it best flash game I have ever played!

I have a few suggestions if you decide to make a sequel. Have an in-gamer library, detailing different weapons, enemies, mods, skills, and caps for the effects our stats have.
At the end of each conversation, a repeat button, in case we want to reread over anything, or we missed something.
A respec button for our stats, either costing money, or something we can only do a few times per game.
And a confirmation button when we choose a skill, incase we've clicked the wrong one.

Well... ....what can I say?? xdanond.. ...you made an INCREDIBLE game.. ..I really enjoyed it. Characters, story, gameplay, upgrades... Everything I like altogether. Hope you change your mind about not-making a sequel. Thanks for such a great game!!!! 5/5

i beat this when it first came out. I constantly go back and play it, its such a good game. I've never seen a flash game that could possibly evoke any emotion in me before lol, but this one really is touching. Its good to see at least some people still understand what real storylines are

I absolutely loved this game. It brought back all those games that made you LOVE the story and actually felt like not only your favorite game but also your favorite book. It's a bit upsetting that a Flash game is far better than most games released now but I truly enjoyed playing this through to the end.

No offence but I have a idea.have a game made called'starwish:plot gaps'.basicllydepending on the player's save file on starwish,they can see extra cutsences(and maybe extra missions)e.g.how did the wishing star spilt into 7 pieces?

Also after all the advise about running away from an overwelming adversary, I find it odd that the game crashes if I try to escape from combate on the beginning battle with firebolt ;P

Think R-Type with more dialog then action. The RPG element of using upgrades to determine role path is interesting though. Great interaction and involvement. On the weapons, the saw and laser are my favs with the chain in 3rd for occational necesity although the ship modules are more useful in the long run. Invest more in ship mods at the beginning and only weapons later on or youll just spend tons on weapons that get thrown away as you upgrade them. To beat the last boss, I especially needed the shield regen mods...

Ok so after a LONG time not playing, i TOTALLY forgot i was focusing on spread gun over machine or laser :P HOWEVER, I was able to pick it back up no problem just by remembering controls and mechanics in general. So i can honestly say this game deserves it's praise. Indeed a big game like this is hard to sell, but a sequel could be made with less story but still a good story, so long as the rpg elements are as simple as this game is. I truly feel no intimidation at the system, and that I can plan my weapons and defense as i see fit.

i like the overall game +1, very fun and short+1, Great story line+1, i like those mods+1, i like the monetary system much more than other games+2, i killed the firebolt on new game plus it destroys my ship and it says i died which isnt true-1, 5/5

I also agree with xarisD,there aren't many games around like this so I'm pretty sure all the other hundreds of thousands and almost a million people that played this would like a sequel!
(now even just hearing the music makes me slightly sad and overjoyed)

A sequel to such awesomeness as this should be no hard sell at all. You truly know what you are doing and I keep finding myself coming back to this game. The mixture of excellent story and entertaining combat are an awesome combination that is so rarely seen in this day and age. Please, do make a sequel, even if my wishing so fervently does somehow revive Iblis!

note:if you do make a squel,here are some ideas for super major bosses like the earthwall:lightghost(fastest feduration ship)littleskull(smallest feduration ship and still really strong and powerful even though it's small)bigdipper(biggest feduration ship).just some ideas if you make a sqauel.

beat the game and just gotta exellent and i like the new game+ mode to also befor you do it upgrade everything i dint work on bomb or mach gun and had some troubles for awhile 5/5
