The special ending has tortured me for so long. I've read on the guide that you need to qualify for all character's endings in one run, which due to individual requirements such as not dying until the end of world 2 and having a lot of unspent money you need to be skilled, grind a lot and have luck. Wish I could unlock it by doing something like getting all the regular endings.

A good visual novel, but I sure wish that's what the title said. The shooter elements were like an afterthought in comparison, and I couldn't find even a trace of an RPG.

The game gets a bit repetitive, especially if you go for the new game plus to get the other endings. Just having every boss be unique would add a lot of replayability.

When I started playing here I thought "I comment when I find the correct game" And this was it. The game is awesome, the characters aren't just a line. They are deep and with every single minute you play you start to know them more. This is the kind of game that makes me think that sometimes the "famous" games with a lot of money on them are overrated.

So i played the game, skipped all the dialogs. I didn´t care. just wanted my award. Then there i am, just having destroyed iblis and i decide: "why not read this last dialog, i am done anyway" so 5 minutes latter i am jumping in my seat of joy after deuce and tess gets married. The sad part is i now have to play the game all over cause i skipped the story, and if i had just carred to read the comments or the first dialog in the game i would have known. Today we all learned that following the story always turns out the better. :) 5/5

Such a great game! It was a long time ago I've enjoyed a really GOOD game like this! If I was you, I would make something with this, I guess teh story is original, you can make a great succes with this characters and story, imagine your game on the PS3, XBox, PC, ... wouldn't that awesome? this game is 5/5 for sure. This story is not just a story with random things happen, each character, action ofthem is a build up for the future, and gives some answers for alter, its complicated to explain but its really well done, not every game ahs this speciality. if i could vote more tehn 5 you got my vote for sure! Keep it up! + so the Developer can see this and do something for this game!

absolutely EPIC GAME!!! Great dialogue and nice battles. Very similar to the game Aegis Wing but WAY BETTER. 5/5 for life

one thing i have noticed is that when you beat a truly excellent game you really don't want it to be over. you think of how the story could have expanded from where it left off. this is one such game. 5/5 very well done.

Easily one of the best Browser games I've had the pleasure of playing. Not only did you have extremely fun gameplay, even if it WAS repetitive, your choices in weapons, and the layout of the levels gave you a new adventure every time. Aside from that, the story line was absolutely amazing. I sat here for 4 and a half hours playing this game. I'm definitely playing again to see the other endings. Fantastic Game 5/5

@Demon_slayer425: There's no story change; the dialogue is exactly the same even if you defeat the Firebolt at the beginning.
I beat the beginning Firebolt encounter on New Game+. I was never able to defeat it using the regular new game, it's too hard for me :/

@02tunemag: I thought that if you defeated him, you survived and there was a story change. I was really determined to see that story change. After about sixty tries, I just gave up and continued the story.

i think it's funny how Deadeye shoots at Deuce to test out a weapon and all Deuce cared about was his eye getting destroyed. lol.

@Demon_slayer425: Yes, you still get shot down; the story depends on it. However, you do get a nice trophy in-game, aptly named "Time Paradox"

Great gameplay, music and controls. The awesome storyline and the amazing characters add a lot to the quality of the game :) Without a single doubt one of the best shooters I have ever played! 10/5 stars ;)

I have to say that the sheer difficulty of the bosses keep them from being repetitive and keep you on your toes throughout the game even though they seem to be recycled every other world.

I check every month to see if there is any word or plans for a Starwish 2. I hope and pray soooo bad that it comes out. Probably the greatest flash game every made. Could easily be picked up and made into a console game. I hope we see a sequel soon

In all my years of playing flash games, I've never encountered a game with its plot and dialogue so well written. And not just by a little, this was professional Final Fantasy-caliber storytelling. You had no loose ends, no plot holes, and everything made sense. The characters were extremely well-developed, although most a bit static, and the relationships were genuine and intriguing. There was even punctuated levity! Near the end, the gameplay itself seemed secondary just to reading the story! Extremely well done, sir. I hope your talents continue to shine. This and MARDEK are probably my two favorite flash games. 100/5!

Aside from naming home planet: 'Home Planet' This game shows huge ammounts of creativty and effort and is definitely worth a 5/5. You sir are awesome. Even with such basic graphics it's a 5/5.

@Prey7813 No, Under the title on this version of the game is Japanese. I live in Japan. there is no mistake it is Japanese. it says スターウイッシュ it is Katakana.

@Kevin777 I don't think that's Japanese, it's mandarin I think, you should check out xdanond's profile I think there's other versions. Not sure though.
