Wow, just wow. The story in this game was inspiring, moving, and just plain amazing. Game play was great, I just wish that you could go back and visit some of the beginning areas. But a definite 5 stars, I would give this 7 stars if I could! For other people voting, if you don't like the game... please complete the game before you judge, also actually read the story.

1 million plus plays made the universe a little less lonely place to live in.
The Universe is a lonely place. Some go for their whole lives without connecting with another person. Making enemies is easy making friends is difficult. Finding someone to share you life with? Well that’s the challenge in life isn’t it? We do not need to go through life by ourselves. Times may be rough, and there will be fights, but the end is worth it. And together, we can make the universe feel a little less lonely

A good game, amazing dialogue, decent monologue in the form of thoughts, and good game programming. It's rare to find a game that shows the percentage stats as well as the carbon stats. Not to mention the importance of things like Overdrive and switching weapons. Truly an amazing game. My only criticism is that it's ungodly long. I've been playing for 3 and 1/2 hours and still haven't beaten it.
Rating: 4/5
Recommendation level: Very good, would recommend.

My life has a beautiful ending, the only thing I regret is spending so much time chatting and so little time crushing my enemies. :P

I love this game so much. Great storyline, it managed to become awesome even though I normally hate shooters, the development is amazing, it is brilliant and unique in all its own ways, and one last thing before I continue on my quest to satisfy my hunger for amazing games. NOOO! I RAN OUT OF GAME TO PLAY!!!

A minor bug, at level 3424 the bonus damage numbers from my weapons don't show anymore, now all the damage bonus shows as +!!!'s.

That was ... that ... what in space was that? It's not a game, so much is clear. It's a Visual Novel with game-elements (Tears to Tiara anyone?). A really good Visual Novel. You know that VN are rated as drug, right? Highly addictive, makes you go happy-go-lucky, giving you warm and fluffy feelings and stuff? Yeah, that's pretty much what this was like. Just in addition i got to shoot things. Honestly xdanond - you really, really deserve a scarf for this pearl. =}

There is a huge flaw with the living heart. If you sit in the middle of the screen above a laser and below the blue bullet, you will never be hit and you don't have to move. From this position you are also able to hit the boss continuously. Please fix this! Otherwise it is a really great game and I look forward to a sequel.

Hands down 5/5. Before you make a sequel I think you need to seek help. I know you are a newbie in flash programming, with a storyline as epic as this you can ask an expert programmer to make the shooting gameplay even better. You can remake this to make a first 10/5 game in Kongregate history ^.^

Oh, btw, the special ending is the best one without doubt. That's the one that HAS to be canon in the sequel, which you MUST do, sir.

Wonderful game. While it's has a good gameplay, the true gem of this game is it's story and Visual Novel gamestyle. It truly is a masterpiece well beyond lots of others VN. I really enjoyed it. The characters feels alive, the story is intriguing and very well made, it's touching, funny, deep. By far the best one in a Flash game I ever saw. xdanond, you have my deepest thanks for making this game.

Cleared the game in hard mode, talked to Neferiti every single time, and the only ending available to me was the "I wish for nothing" ending. Don't tell me.. she hated me? D=

This game deserves to be made into a console game. I'd pay 70 bucks for a game this good. It's just the story that sucks you in. I loved each ending(only missing the special ending and Johnny's ending). The one that made the most sense was the "i wish for nothing" ending.

The only issue I have is the walls in Absolute Zero. Well, that and Master Spark at the end. But overall very well done, 5/5, make a sequel!

This is a question for the creator of the game, have you ever thought of writing a book. Not only about the game, but idea's of thoughts from this game. I would actually read it, and that's coming from someone who plays games all the time. If you ever do write a book, send me a message and I'll give you my e-mail to contact me about it. Keep it up, 6/5. Rate this up so it is forever seen.

I found the game by playing the badge of the day. Noticed the free soundtrack and given my history with games offering soundtracks I planned on playing through it. Now that I just beat Earthwall I can't put it down. Deadeye and Jake's themes are incredibly descriptive of them. FTW! 5 stars + Request for a sequel and download so I can show everyone how great this game is... maybe a let's play...

I'm willing to wait 4 or even 5 years for a sequel if you're planing on making one. This is the first game that I've played that truly does feel like I've gotten done reading a good book. The characters were very well developed. Each cafe conversation left me wanting for more. Heck, even my grades dropped a little bit! I don't mind a week's worth of bad grades though. The things I learned at the end of each and every ending. It's......really changed what I think about life. The best game on Kongregate. Easily a 5/5. :D

This is a great game with A great plot, dialogue, and leveling system. But the only downfall I noticed was for the hole game you do the same things fly and shoot and when you re used bosses it lost its unpredictability. If you changed the bosses up and changed the fighting this would be much better. But still 5/5

lol... randomly after hours of game play there is reference to a laser-chicken and then one was apparently in the bar and says something... you never here about the again XD

I'm not too sure what makes this game that good in my eyes that I felt compelled to come here today, even though I finished it yesterday in one sitting. First off, the music is awesome. I started playing this in class and obviously had it on mute, and when I arrived at my apt and put the song on, the game sucked me in even more. I felt "in" the game, like when I read a good book. The game has this underlying way to involve you as a person (not as a player). Even character you disliked at first come to grow on you and it makes you think, depending on what you hold dear. Playing this game with a open mind, you'll find yourself pondering about philosophical issues and think about your own life, and how you live it. The only thing I didn't like is how, at the end of the 3rd segment, the café song would still be cozzy and the conversations would be relaxed. I don't know if I'd like a sequel, as this story is pretty well tied up, but I know I want another game of the like!
