Tip for Monolith: Aim where the green light is glowing. A good idea would be to use the spread shot and smaller missiles and overdrive when possible to get the weak spot as it shifts.

This game was one of those great games. Out of 200 normal games or so, there is a good game, and out of every 100 good games, there is a great game, and out of every 10 great games, there is a masterpiece.

I think everyone here can agree with me that ginny was one of the best characters, and her ending has actually struck my heart. Vote for her ending, and vote this comment up to keep it alive!

This is one of the best online games i have ever played and definatley my favioutre RPG game on the internet, it is all in my opinion great including characters, story's and ending the only thing which i think was slightly let down was the actual fighitng game play but it was only slight and for all the gods please do a sequel.

the more i play, more addictive it does become hehe! Just the dialogue is way too long in my opinion though but very fun like ol school sidescroller sci-fy!

This game is a rare gem here. I have never seen a game so compelling and so engaging on any other flash site. The effort that went into both story and gameplay is extraordinary. Were I in such a position, I would do more than simply rate this 5 stars.

This game is great. I really liked all the work that you put into the dialogue, nice job. Story's nice, not too cliche either, and multiple endings add to the end (especially the hard ending, good incentives lol). Only thing about this game I would say could use significant improvement (if you ever did make a sequel) is that the actual stages get rather repetitive. Same enemies (literally, same bosses 2-3 times), same firing patterns, same music,... etc. But these are meant to be constructive criticisms. That said, nice job :).

Somehow I thought those characters were the only ones in the ship. But then I found out there were actually dozens of other regular people :O

Geez, I'm gonna have to spend a really long time playing this to get the ending..but since the creator worked on it for so much time, it's just fair enough.

The game is nice and has a decent story, but the dialogue is killing me. Much of it feels irrellevent and is putting me off. I don't mind having characters with personalities but actions speak louder than words and might convey the message a little faster.

One game that got me stuck here the whole day. It's a shame that my skills weren't enough to beat it, but hell, that was a way too cool game. My congrats.

Gameplay so good you don't get tired of it, even after an unusually long storyline. Writing that's character-driven, and perfect spelling and gramar, which, while not necessary, make me smile when I see them. 6/5, as far as I'm concerned.

I'm just coming back to this game because of lots of kongregate time over the summer, but I would love to see a sequel for when I beat this one :D

Good game! You need a second proof-reader if you make a sequal through; there were numerous typos, mostly consisting of extra words that were probably not deleted when sections were rephrased. Still, not nearly as bad as early Japanese translations. 5/5 regardless of these minor mistakes.

I've never been a huge fan of anime games with lots of dialogue etc involved. But this game is a definite exception. It quickly turned into one of my favourite games on Kongregate and I can't stop playing it! The different personalities and dialogue found in the different characters is fantastic, you end up getting attached to them yourself. There's nothing in this game that makes me cringe, unlike other anime games out there. The actual gameplay when you are the fighter is also extremely effective, with a wide variety of weapons that all have their own effective uses for each enemy/boss. At the moment I can't find flaw in this game and I have just reached the End of Time area. 5/5 and favourited. I HIGHLY support the idea of making a sequal!

I am amazed. Some games shine because of the gameplay, but without an immersive story and deep characters, they are just generic and quickly put aside. This shooter, however, ebraced the storyline as its greatest asset and strenght, and throught it became more than a flash game.
As for criticizing, the repetiveness of the boss battles annoyed me a bit. And even though the characters were well drawn, the bosses and backgrounds could use some improvement.
Well done, developer, I can hardly believe an amazing game like this was mainly done by one person. But, I warn you, don't make a sequel. Free your creative spirit and just make another great game, without being tied to your previous successes.
Best of luck.

I got to be edible to all of th endings, except for Ginni's and someone else, but I still managed to see the ending for it. I wonder if that would be the special one..

5/5 for sure. Comparable to Tales of Symphonia, which in my books, is the highest complement I can give to a RPG game. Well Done!

xdanond well done. You made a good game. The dialogs is great, the playing is good (there is only 2 negative in this game:1) the instat death glich, if it still not fixed 2) the bosses in the worlds are same except the mains) and the ending... it's hard to find the right word to it... great, amazing, wonderfull, some ending are little sad but sure worth it meditate in the inbeimg of them.
So i only can congratulate. i hope you made more fantastic games, a looking forward to it.

Hey, great work on this game! Love the piano piece. Try to make the conversation roll thru at a fast-read pace by holding the space/enter instead of tapping it each convo box. I feel that certain portions of the convo are not that well delivered although the ideas behind it are actually very interesting. And I'm really glad you spared us from the pain of one ending per unique gameplay. So actually, still 5/5! Sequel or Prequel please!

The strategy for the rocket snail is to pump up your engine mod to the max (15). Then you'll easily be able to dodge the charge attack.

Absolutely admire a person who puts this much work into a game. I would love a sequel definitely a 5/5 in my books, keep up the great work!
