I tried killing the Firebolt after the new start, but soon after I reduce its heath to seemingly zero, I get shot and die :P
So far there are the achievements I got:
*Weapons Collector: Achieved one of each weapon. Woot!
*Moolianaire: Possess 3,000,000 unspent moola. Rich!
*Mod Maniac: Purchased 2000 Mods. Modderific!
*Grinder: Reached level 100. Thanks for your support!
*Killer: Destroyed 4000 enemies. Vicious!
*The End:Completed the Game. Congrats!
*Excessive Force: Obtained a level 61 weapon. Ouch!

I'm now attempting to play this nice-lookin' game and all I see is the screen spazzin' on me whilst repeating, "Warning!" over and over. Any way this could be fixed? It was workin' yesterday, dammit.

Brilliant game! And I've only played 5 minutes, like many comments I read, the dialogue isn't boring and the questions at the start, they're simple questions anyone can answer within a minute, like your supposed to with these questions (not sure if they affects the game)
I'm sure I'd enjoy this game the more I play it,I know it's going to be good I want a sequel! ^_^

I'm afraid that apart from the the good storyline and an interesting universe you got me worried the moment i read "dating sim". But i'm gonna give a fair review. The storyline is superb, flash game standards, you did very well as the universe itself was incredible though it suffered from some predictable character things. I'm afraid that's my only positive for you. The gameplay itself was boring and not very fulfilling, it felt like i was driving a broken spaceship and it felt like that all the way 'till the end. It was boring and really unfun. The whole guy meets cutesy girl cringed me a bit but that's a personal taste and won't impact the score i'm giving you. The stats are either broken or don't even matter except for defense. Overall if you could fix the game itself, make the combat more enjoyable and work on the stats to be more efficient, the game would be great, if not one of the better flash shooters out there. Until then, you have an epic game, but you made a dull game. 2.5/5

"Don't underestimate us. We don't care about time, or space or... multi-dimensional whatevers! We don't give a damn about that. Force your way down a path YOU choose to take, and do it all yourself! That's the way Team Snail rolls!
Even when trapped by karma's cycle...
The dreams we left behind will open the door!
Even if the universe stands in our way...
Our seething blood will determine what will be!
We'll break through time and space!
And defy all who would stop us to grab hold of our path!
WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE?!"
Deuce
All I could think as I drew closer to Iblis

I've played this game for about 3 hours straight now. If not for work, I know I'd continue. So far I've loved the storyline and how the controls work. The addition of ship modules and constantly new/upgradeable weapons enhances the enjoyability of this game. I would love to have you make a sequel before I've even come close to finishing this one. Also, I've tried to imagine this turned into a console game, which I believe would prove interesting. Comments aside, continue developing games xdanond, you've proven yourself to me already. =)

So far I found 7 achievements total: Obtain one of each weapon, save up 3mil moola, 200 mods, obtain a lv61 weapon, destroy 4000 enemies, beat the game, and last Kill Firebolt on the first encounter (you will probably need to do a new game plus to achieve this one). Just a list for those who like to complete everything. Please tell if I missed one.

Compelling storyline I'll give you that. My only complaint lies not in the story, but in the game itself. Terrain is difficult to discern from backgrounds, I can't tell what is what. Also aiming is a pain when it's just your ships location. It's not hard to code mouse targeting, and would be an easy, and dramatic improvement. Stats seem to have little influence over game-play and I'm mostly unmotivated to move them. At level 5 I maxed out damage, doing only 10 points more than before. The mechanics are also a bit clunky, movement is stilted. However, this is a great game. Work on the graphics for your next iteration, keep the story writing level, and fix the few bugs. That will make a game worthy of five stars. One I will most certainly finish.

i spent a day and a half and will probably spent another day and a half completing everything and finding all the endings @_@ 6/5

Could use Overdrive and Pause to be closer to W, A, S and D but the game itself is near the best shooter Ive seen on a flashgame site.

This game has character writing beyond anything else on Kongregate; I think this could be a challenger to Sonny's throne.

Never have I played a game for the story more than the actual gaming itself. Completely absorbed in this. I love you :P

People shouldn't vote down negative comments as long as they're somewhat polite negative feedback fuels futher progress

I was about 2 days away from fighting Ibilis. I saved, went to bed and when I woke up my game is gone. I'm not happy.

Have been playing for hours. I enjoy all the upgrades and how the stats and leveling work and everything. I still feel the story is brought on far too strong, though. I know this comment will be rated down like mad for that, but it's my opinion.
And it's rather silly how the histories of characters are presented. I've never sat down and just thought "you know, I remember when I first met my best friend.." lol. The story is still enticing for the most part. I especially enjoy the conversations with The Oracle.

This is a definite pinnacle of side-scrolling shooters.
Quite good story writing, and the game play was very well executed.
5/5

mysticpickle said it all. The dialogue might not win you a Nobel Prize, but, despite how much of it there is, I read it all. Most of the dialogue in RPGs seems like it's been translated by translationparty.com. The characters are well-developed and I'm actually looking forward to learning more details about their backstories. My biggest problem with the game itself is the foreground obstacles. I never seem to be able to see them at the start of a level.

One of the best shooter games ever. I usually can't wait till the end of a level, the plot is so well-told that it could be a short story on its own. Sequel, if you please!

dammit, this game is crap *cry*
It took me so much time and i am not done yet.
And there is another difficulty to beat.
Damn how i hate this exciting game ._.

This is the best flash game i have every played awesome job the music rocks the story is so awesome i dont think this game can get any better awesome job xdanond

Amazing music, incredible storyline, great Final Fantasy III looking interface, my only complaint is that the character drawings could have been better. You put so much work into a great RPG flash game, you aren't doing yourself justice with just average looking drawings. But 5/5. great game.

So, anyone care to share how to get Ginny's ending?
Nefetiti's ending can be done by playing hard mode but Ginny's ending still elude me.
And I don't think do the 4th playthrough without knowing how to get the ending will be enjoyable experience.

EVERYONE YOU CAN SEE MULTIPLE ENDINGS WITHOUT MULTIPLE WALKTHROUGHS! Continue your last save at the end and pick a new option. Unless you started a New Game then sorry....

This is one of the best if not the best flash games I've played in a while. The story was great, and so were the characters. The music was also awesome.

could you make a save option separate from the save and quit? its a bit annoying to have to exit whenever i want to save
