Amazing game! 5/5 storyline; 5/5 gameplay, this game reminds me of another game like this on the net called RaidenX; 5/5 for the amount of effort that was shown to be put in; overall, this is one of my favorite free online games. Excellent game 15/15

Having trouble? One word for you my friends: Sawblades. Amazing AOE piercing damage that passes through enemies not once, but twice! Sawblades combined with the longshot skill allows you clear the entire map with with ease! And that submarine, the wasps? Pff, doesn't even stand a chance as you fly around it hitting it constantly with the awesome power of the saws!

Oh, except for the special ending where everyone is helped. Nevermind. You did well, xdanond. I think the sequel should be based off of the special ending, because well.. all of the crew is together and they should always go on their adventures together! ;D

Funny how people see 'Conform to every terrible Jap RPG storyline trope imaginable' and think 'best storyline evar!'. Thank god for the skip button.

This may be one of the best games I've ever played... The writing was brilliant. The Story engaging and thought provoking. The game play was amazing. The artwork beautifully stylized. Enough cannot be said for this MASTERPIECE. I wish, for the betterment of all gaming, that you are hired onto one of the large gaming developers and allowed to continue creating amazing pieces of art like this!

I must say, this is the best flash game I have ever played. Most flash games with amazing stories have a short gameplay or have a bad story but long gameplay. This game though, has a great story and long gameplay, and then add in great music as well. This type of game is rare. I loved it. Haven't played a flash game like this before. Just amazing. Easily a 5/5.

This proves that once again, your game doesn't require the best graphics, nor the best programming job, all you need is a great idea to get you started. Plus this if you agree!

Going into it, the game didn't seem all to great. The menu and interface looked kinda mediocre. After playing through it though, the time and effort put into the game began to show and quickly changed my mind. It's a minor thing, but improving the look of the menus and even the buttons would make it even more solid than it already is.

I love it all! You've got quite a ways with weaving a good story. The characters are quirky, unpredictable personalities, all unique to each other. and I love the idea of multiple endings! Though the gameplay is a tad repeditive, I like how you get the pick of new weapons as you progress. and it's fun how the bosses can be tough, but each one has a weak spot to exploit, making it always possible to beat them. I cannot wait to see what else you got up your sleeves. 5/5!

Don't comment on games too often, but this truly is a work of art. I don't know how many hours you put into this, but this is a polished amazing game. I was hooked from start to finish. Kudos to you.

What i dont like: Enemies fly through obstacles, so, shoots would do the same. Maybe each obstacle would have a resistance, and there would be piercing mods. So, witch 5 resistance, you need 5 piercing mods.
And please, change the background at the first screen. Using a white background is not professional.

This game is just amazing! I just finished the game on hard mode after several hours! The history and all the dialoges are awesome. Maybe the shooting part could have been a little better but its still good. Also maybe 'In The End Of Time' it could need some more work. The bugs gets annoying mostly at 'Spiral Forest' and 'Absolute Zero' where you can fly trough the obstacles and sometimes you just die without touching anything.. I would happy pay 30 dollars for a download version to play in offline, maybe with some bonus contents? 5/5!

[PART THREE* of TWO*, 1 ENDINGS - SPECIAL ENDING] (hard setting) I forgot to mention this one due to the character limit cap in the comments and because it's a pain to get. It seems to be the neutral 8th ending, but it's really the 9th one (it's the alternate to the "I-don't-have-a-wish" option). To obtain this, you have to reach maximum relationships with each character. Focus on Ginny and Neferiti. For the extra conversation credits, rotate in this order: Mare, Deadeye, Johnny, Tessa, Swig. I believe achievements play a role in maximizing relationships, so you'll need to achieve this on the 3rd or so playthrough. Make sure you start a new game rather than the new+ game.

With todays games filled with gimmicks and ridiculous 'achievements' it's nice to see a game like this. Intriguing plot, fun game play, in-depth characters. The upgrade system was wonderful, the dialogue was extremely well thought out. xdanond has taken flash games beyond anything I had hoped to see.

Epic game. I love the story, its complicated but amazing. It sucks you in, make you feel like you are actually part of it. The characters grew on me, and the music is beautiful. Do not make a sequel, because the originals are always the best. Amazing game. 10/5

[PART TWO of TWO, 4 ENDINGS - Ginny, Deadeye, Swig, Tessa]
[2ND PLAYTHROUGH] (Normal setting): Everything same except Luck instead of Agility.
Beat the first Firebolt. Don't die in the first 2 worlds.
CAFE: First 2 worlds, concentrate on Ginny and Deadeye. Rest to Tessa then Swig. 3rd world, concentrate on Deadeye and Tessa. Rest to Swig. Ignore everybody else.
My assumptions for the prereqs on the characters for each ending (other than just talking to them constantly):
DEADEYE - Upgrading weapons beyond level 1 and some above level 50.
GINNY - don't die in the first two worlds and not too much in the 3rd world. Beat the first Firebolt.
JOHNNY - have over 100k moolah at the end of the game and spend a ton of moolah.
MARE - "Killer" achievement and die a lot. NEFERITI - Talk to Ginny a lot before Neferiti is available to talk to. Play on "Hard" mode. SWIG - "Weapons Collector" achievement. TESSA - "Maximum Overdrive" achievement.

I got all 7 endings in 2 playthroughs.
[PART ONE of TWO, 3 ENDINGS - Nefereti, Mare, Johnny]
[1ST PLAYTHROUGH] (Hard setting): Max DEF & INT, rest in AGI. ExplosiveCrit/RapidReload/Demolitions/Overheal/DefensiveShielding. Use Spread, later use Wave. Use Missile/Scatter. Upgrade only to gain an 8 level or higher weapon to save money.
Spend tons of money on mods (I had over 100 mods at the end). 5 into Engine, Reduce, Accuracy, Evade, Crit mods. Remainder, put about half into Shielding and the other half into Regen. As you get more natural regen, you can put much more into shielding than regen.
CAFE: First 2 worlds, concentrate on talking to Mare and Ginny. Rest to Johnny. 3rd world, concentrate on talking to Mare and Neferiti. Rest to Johnny. Ignore everybody else.
Obtain 4 achievements: use overdrive 3 times in one battle, buy the 8th main weapon that randomly appears near the end of the game, kill 4k enemies, and beat the game.
