I accidentally close the browser when I got killed in a stage. When I open the browser, the game stuck at the pause screen. Is this a bug?

I can say nothing but good about this game. The creator of this game managed to make a flash game that is worthy of being called a real game. I would pay for this game or for even the sequel (If he makes one). The gameplay is great, and the storyline is AMAZING. Even though it's a flash game, it is worthy of now being in my top 5 games of all time. I will remember this game forever. To the creator; I have to thank you for making such an amazing game, please make a sequel, we all want one!

The character development in the first act of the game was very well made. The graphic novel portion held just strong enough to keep me interested through the second portion of the game. The difficulty spike and plot development of the third act made me cringe. As much as this game reminded me of "Outlaw Star", I couldn't help but shake off the huge coincidences of how the story evolved near the end.

This is the best game that I have ever seen, a game who touch your heart, make you feel good, good dialog, good gameplay, even the art fit very good in the game, 5/5 rate from me.
Good work developer.

It gets way too hard at the end. Great storyline, great RPG factors, and amusing gameplay. Until the ending, towards the End of Time. Once that gameplay gets to the point where it interferes with the story- the main piece- it starts to lose it's luster. I'd rather not just view the cutscenes, but if I can't beat this godforsaken Monolith at 10% health due to the impossible streams of lasers and missiles, then I may have to...

I think there is an error in the version of the game up now, because over the last two days I have completed the game 6 times and the one and ONLY ending I get is the "normal" ending. I have tried 3 different guides to get the special ending and even though each time I have every requirement met, I am only presented with the normal ending. I even tried for specific endings, such as Tessa and Swig, but even though I met the requirements for them never received any ending but "normal" ending. Tried easy, tried hard, tried fresh game, tried new game+, nothing worked. My browser does block third party sites, so if the game is calling the endings from a site other than kongregate in the background that that could be a possibility, but otherwise there is a problem within the game itself.

Meanwhile...After talking to everyone 6-8 times and doing all the requirements...I get all the endings...but one, Tessas' 46 mods and 8 chats with her=Nope. Does Deuce really hate her that much?

So, nearly 2 years after I played this game for the first time, I returned to it and got the "secret" ending. Well worth few hours spent, won't spoil the happy end for you guys, just follow the strategy at http://starwish.auriplane.net/?CafeStrategy

Enjoyable gameplay but by far the most enjoyable feature is the beautiful, intricate and philosophically satisfying storyline! Brilliant character development, plenty of funny banter too. Very impressive.

Anyone notice Planet Enigma looks like Earth with it's top blown off (You can see parts of Central and South America)? Of course it's not the real Earth because that's where Ginny ends up.

I love this game it's great. The only aspect that needs work is the stats. If a stat has a cap like crit at 25%, then once I get to 25% it should never drop. The fact that you have to keep going back and adding to it is annoying and pointless. Also the fact that stats don't have a 1:1 ratio when upgrading is fine, but you could let us know how many points we need to increase a given stat. 4/5

Great game, the storyline is fantastic compared to most flash games. I think the one thing keeping this game from top 10 or even top 5 is the repetitive enemies...If not for the story I would have stopped playing shortly after beating the Earthwall :c

awesome game just replayed it today. I was sad the first time for not having an ending option for ginny, this time i played and saw it, and im sad again, its such a depressing ending compared to others :(

This game is the Mass Effect of flash games. All it needs now is 2 sequels that carry choices over, and a horrible ending, amirite? Seriously, though, I used to dislike this game because I never had the patience to try it, but even now, in 2013, I play this all the time on kong. 5/5

This game is unique in that I felt like the characters were actually very real. I felt connected to them, close. And later on in the game (I am trying not to spoil it) right as the book is opened and the primary love interest does that very selfless thing, a lone tear threatened to fall. Because I mean, I was that close to the characters. I mean I was on the edge of my seat the whole game through. And the music too, it just sets the mood so effectively. Better than any game I've played. On a scale of 1-10, you xdanond, get a 100. So please make a sequel! Keep it up
