Please fix the bugs in this one before starting the second one. ^^ I might suggest asking someone like Pseudolonewolf for help with debugging, though I don't know if he'll be up for helping or not. If nothing else, there were some beta testers that he got to help him with the Mardek bugs in his own game.

I lost my progress, too. But I´d say its worth playing it till the end.
Well however - you should work on graphics - there are shooters with far better graphics out there. You might have different levels and world - but the enemies stay the same. Your story is good, but you can improve it. Actually its living from the different characters and their relationship. At the end, all reveal mysterious secrets - which is a little bit weird.

Oh, and by the way, please tell me you're gonna make the special ending the canon one, cause it's just the best one there is XP
You can build the next game off of it, the other endings just feel unfinished :P

Where do the files save? I thought all flash games were supposed to save to the Local Shared Objects file? Can someone message me if they find this out? I don't have my own computer, so I have to transfer save games across multiple computers.

Amazing game, although many would complain about the graphics compared to today's standard but it brings to the table something that many shooters don't. Collision with the background which proves challenging. However it's true virtue is in it's story. It has characters that aren't overly cliche and instill you with the desire to truly know more about them. The characters and story develop nicely and at a steady pace without suddenly throwing you into the middle of confusion. Xdanond has done a terrific job at writing a story which is sad and happy, filled with light humour and will make you think at times. The music is phenomenal, filling the scene with appropriate mood. This is one of the first games ever on kongregate or at least one of the few that makes me tear up at the ending. Like many others that have played and appreciated this game, I applaud your well efforts and give my kudos to the people involved in the creation of this amazing and wonderful game. 5/5

Fantastic game. I would love to see a sequel, or maybe if you're up to it, a console version. One of the best flash games I have ever played, right up there with Epic Battle Fantasy 3. Good story, Good characters, I'll admit at times dialog seemed to drag on and on but it wasn't bad. I can't think of anyway to improve it right now. 5/5 and favorited. Very nice.

It is possible to beat firebolt during prologue. You even get achievement for it, however, you still get hit after the fight and crash on a planet.

Whatever this game lacks, it makes up with its amazing storyline. I commend you for weaving such a fine story into a game that has opened my eyes of the standards of Flash games, and for that I give this game a straight 5/5. Kudos, and cheers!

I had given this game 5 stars. But then I had to downgrade to 4 because of the repetitive nature of the bosses. And then, on "Absolute Zero" my ship keeps getting stuck in walls. This bug is incredibly frustrating. So, I downgraded to 3 stars. I can improve the rating to 4 stars if the wall bug is fixed.

I got my save deleted by that stupid adobe update...and i always make sure to keep storage at unlimited. The next day after update? All 100 games or so that had flash saves were deleted. Oh well, it isn't the game's fault, and the game is epic, but my save was deleted on the second level of world 3. :( I will still give the game 5/5 however.

This game has got to be in the top 3 or I'm going to go crazy NEVER has someone put so much effort into such a great flash game... xdanond has made a hybred of games... and nothing less

Man I gust love this dialogue! But I have found some faults. From a few typo's and out of place dialogue. But besides that its still a good game

Normally, I'd be annoyed at the amount of writing this game has. But its so good, and comical that I dont mind at all

The gameplay isn't good. i.e. enemies passing through walls, cheap enemies that spam a lot of projectiles , same bosses , background blending with foreground, you can't hit bosses until their hp bar pops. Thank god there is a skip button for the "story". The creator must knew that noone would play this thing if all the pointless dialogue was forced to the player. I liked the visuals to be honest. I just wish he would stick to those aspects instead of trying to make a mash of every genre.

Honestly I don't know why there is a Skip button. The story line is so great that people should be forced to read it.

Couple maps I had trouble telling foreground from background and ran into stuff. Namely Fortress City and Great Forest. I'd have liked it if the enemies were slightly bigger as well (maybe I'm just a bad shot?) I also had a time or two when there was nobody around to talk to at the cafe. Thought that was strange. Other than that, great game.

Amazing story! You can tell the creator put his mind to make something extraordinary (and succeeded). :) Although I wish the gameplay mechanics were AS inspired, as that would be mindblowing. A superb game, because of the story.

Minor story flaw: When Swig and Mare are not on the ship and cannot attend to the meeting, because they calm down the Enigma, you meet Swig in the Cafe. No reason for not rating the game 6/5. ^^

This game feels like a fusion between Skies of Arcadia and Starcraft ! Great scenario !
Different gameplays would make this even greater, and maybe a bit of animation/mise-en-scène too, and maybe different sets of background for the dialogues, but I'm just being picky here.
