So I woke up ending on 317. So now I start with 93k blocks or something or that sort and 148 gems. Which I promptly repeated the process after buying all the blocks per level I then spent 100 gems on gems per level and 50 more on gray blocks per level and so once I got that to a nice cozy 600+ I started getting the percent block to 101 and using gems from the levels to buy the harder to buy items like # of bounces for 1 gem. Why spend a gem for anything but them. So I racked up the easy amount first setting priority for attack speed, a little damage and the gambling items. Gems would go into the banking upgrade. Suffice to say I'm now maxed on everything. 28k health. I do about 6 mil damage per hit. Not including elemental things added on. Bouncing radius 65. I can't actually spend my upgrade points before hitting cap. I know you are getting new things but right now, starting with 93000 gray blocks makes the game easy but that is just due to spending gems vs earning them.

wave 110. 220000 resources unspent. i have spent basically nothing for more than 40 waves. i only have 60 damage yet regular small enemies have 2500 hp. How so? Because after raising attack speed and elemental hits after a certain level you can ensure every small enemy will be bounced back, stunned, slowed indefinitely, while nature and darkness allow for infinite free damage scaling " reduce the current hitpoint of an enemy by 50%". it's weird for a game that attempts to scale infinitely to be cheated like that. stuns/knockback should be halved every time they are applied, darkness/nature effect should work only once per enemy.

For some reason, when I go to 4x speed, I die faster. It's almost as if I don't shoot as fast or do much damage as I do in 2x. I was at a high wave and on 4x I died while 2x the next time I lived.

damn, when you start using nature and darkness you go up to 200+ stages quickly ^^ very cool, was stuck under 100 before.

in my opinion the game is pretty awesome.
little thing to improve:
-close uprade menu in case of lose
-a little tutorial to get knowlege about differend types of enemys
(but please no aouo tutoial witch you have to do just a tutorial button in the menu).
good thinks not need to be improved:
-Paying with gems (especially the fact the price stays 1/upgrade) and keeping of gems in case of lose(making you save your gems and play more).
-also special resource and possibility to upgrade permanend (AND upgrade over limit!!+++)

It's annoying if you have enough power to clear everything for the next 15 minutes on 4X speed (an hour normal play), and so go idle for 5 minutes reading news, YOU DIE. I mean, 40 dmg, 8 atk/sec, 50% crit with 360% dmg, wave 8, GAME OVER. I'ts impossible that the enemy killed me. Simply the game said: you are looking away with 100 defense againts white enemies? What about a white enemy kills you with 7 dmg? This is not balance, or bug, this is the game being an ass. Please take this out.

Two things: Investments in the workshop remains after doing a hard reset. Also something weird after the hard reset was that I beat my old record after three rounds, where I was stuck earlier (last time played: yesterday and ~20 rounds in total and ~3 losing at the same level)

UNINTENDED BEHAVIOUR?
When the green loading bar hints, that a new wave is about to arrive, and you skip that bar, then a new wave is spawned immediately AND a new wave spawns when the bar is completed.

Getting out of memory error after 1k+ wave. And balance is broken... Interest should be removed. Nature and Darkness - removed. Earth and Air - should have cd on procs or kind of dimishing returnd. Gravity effect is INSANLY lagging.

Please input the keyboard shortcuts back in the game. I don't see a reason why they were removed and it also takes longer to upgrade things now.
In the newest version you can use Ctrl/Cmd to switch between the different buy modes and Shift to toggle gems. Please let us know if it works for you :)

Balance just completely breaks after a while. I think Gems should probably be removed. I'm not even sure what the worst abilitie is, since of you have everything pretty high it doesn't even seem to matter. 100% knockback, 100% stun, 96% damage reduction, 100% chance to reduce enemy HP by 50%, multishot, rapidfire. A lot of these probably need heavy nerfs or lower level caps. But just removing gems would do a lot of good already. The problem starts when you can just get interest and do nothing at all. And then you just max everything out.

Love this game, and love the fact that you're updating it on a daily basis. But balance is still terrible. Without Interests, my best wave was 60. With Interest max, I'm at lvl 310, every upgrade is maxed out, and enemies can't even enter the screen before being destroyed XD

I came to the point where I got everything at max what was able to max since the darkness-buff is so strong that nothing managed to come near me - and if, then there was gravity - at some point the memore of the game gave up und I had to reload the page - the progress I made wasn't lost though - some upgrades doesn't really make sense after some point like researching speed since research is saved during replays so its also useless at some point. the bouncing-range skill does also seems to be without a cap - with a tower-rang of 30m max and a bouncing-range beyond 100m doesn't make sense at all since the spawning seems to be within 30 m of the tower. the gravity-animation is very large and causes slowdowns on the animations when there are to much of them - how about to add a button to turn this animation off - at the beginning it is a very interesting new concept, but as mentioned, at some point it is all the same - and a x100 or x1000 button would add a lot of comfort.

Really enjoy the game! I think I found two oddities. When on x4 you are much more likely to lose the wave. I'm not sure if its because boxes move to fast or tower attack and abilities to not speed up the same amount. Also, the nova\gravity field combo can be a bit odd and not work together. It can also cause the boxes to land on top of the tower causing a lot of damage. Other than that, love the game. Thanks!

Potential Game. When I first played, I though wow three different Tabs to choose upgrades from. However, only attack upgrades help you survive the first waves. Too convenient in my eyes of view.

Could you add a simple function where if you press space bar, it can pause the time where boxes come at you? Greatly appreciated if that was added
XmmmX99's plan is not only to add a buy max option, but also to add other options like buy cheapest upgrade. ;D At the moment there are only x1, x5 and x25 multipliers.

blocks of any kind should be immune to their attribute, and like bloons in some way it would be fun to be able to convert all into white blocks (% skill?) just to make use of the defence upgrades that only work with white blocks, multi-shell blocks?
- else: bosses seem to be to easy, wave could have more blocks, maybe like gemcraft modes/possible to let more boxes spawn :3

invest a few points into absulute defense and multishot, it helps quite a bit for pushing your highest level, once you reach 80-100 just go for resource/wave(~100+-), resourcebonus, push it to something like 25-30%, then go for multishot, darkness, nature and attackspeed, you won't need much damage... sooner or later this breaks the game, once you're past 100 invest into interest and the resource bonus and/wave, try to save up a bit more every wave
grab all the %, multishot bounce, attackspeed and the game is broken... can go to whatever level you want without buying anything more and can max everything after a while
so the game is fun for a while, but once you reach higher levels the balance just breaks and kills the game

Hi, I found out sth about the OOM. If I let money (white cubes) advance to the cap and let the game progress, I only reach ~350, but if I keep the money under 1mil. and skip forward, I can advance much further. Perhaps in the money/interest calculations you exceed some 32bit/64bit limits? Hope this helps.

To be honest, the game here is great and this is one of the best incremental game I've played. Problem facing here need to be the out of range numbers going to negative. After several rounds of playing, reaching maximum money and build start to go consistent. Then two thing happens.
1. At round 800 something, it registered 52 foes left but undetected. Not able to skip wave and the timer stops. Game stuck and I pressed give up button.
2. Start bonus now becomes a +-796138089, which is basically a zero in game.
Hope your game will improve over and over!

Well I am on level 235, I am just going to sleep with the game running because of gem focus. I saved up 100 gems and dumped them all into the gold per level. I was able to buy 14 levels with my starting gold. So basically I sat on 540 gold per wave mixed in with banking and 100 percent gold bonus I practically have bought everything at max and just seeing at what point my comp will crash from too much data usage.
Reccomendation: Limit crystal buying or grant more crystals per higher level.

Saving gems is OP. Saved about 100 gems, started a round, put 50 in interest and 50 in ress/wave and buy some ress bonus % which stacks with interest. Made it to easily to wave 500 where I just gave up because I don't think I would have ever died. Had over 100 mil ress at that point and pretty much everything maxed than can be. Now my starting income is 13 million ....

:BUG: There's a bug with the skip button. Sometimes if you skip while the green bar is loading, the bar will keep loading and a new wave will come, as the bar finishes, another wave comes, so you have to deal with 2 waves...

Hi, great game so far. I still get the "out of memory"-error after a while, even with the add-on (FF 45.0.1, Vista32). Please add an option to reduce/disable particles on gravity-effect, makes my (old) PC crawl. And a 100x and 1000x buy option would be nice. Keep up the good work :)

Make killing the last enemy spawned in a wave count as clearing the wave for purposes of gem/wave. Then you can remove the limit on skipping, which would be nice for people with absorb/reflect/nova/block/regen/lifesteal/nature.

Needs +25 and +100 buy options. (Holding the button down to buy lots at a time would also work.) Also needs auto-skip feature for when no enemies left alive. Finally, the memory leak per level should be fixed or mitigated; at high quality I "die" at around level 250 due to OOM. Low quality is more like level 500.

Add to Damage, Missile Speed, Health Regen and Health the entire game. You generally don't want to spend more than two missiles on one of the small targets. I'm putting my special resources into Attack Range.
The Nova knocks the crowd away so that your Attack Speed and Multishot can take them down while your Health regenerates.
I've gotten to level 46.
Mind you, I've got tier 15 researched so I start with 1161 resources. Also, the Resources Bonuses are a must.

I should also mention these guys are really good for listening to coments and complaints and implementing hotfixes. Earlier i was boasting about how OP the "interest" was because it was effected by the resource bonus giving you 50% of your current cubes every wave!
