How about adding late game researches, infinitely repeatable HP and DMG multipliers, repeats by itself if the player so wishes. Doesn't need to provide much per level since it's point is late game boost. That way when you get free research speed etc from gamble, it's not useless.

OK, defense tree seems fun now that I've earned a lot of special resources by running it offense-only. You can reflect damage and block most of it and have some regen, let's see how long it lasts.

Your lifesteal is glitchy, I lost a game due to being damaged the lifesteal put me over my max life and thus put me in the 1 percent zone and assassin from down town and died.
Overall I like the patch done so far. I am trying a defensive build just to do something different.

You're using 3D rendering for an isometric view that never changes angle, with objects that never rotate?
Why?
It makes the game run a fraction as efficiently as it should.

something deals damage to me randomly, i believe it might be bouncing attacks. The enemies deal far far too much per hit for me to live a single hit, (wave 215 on normal mode, tower has 400 hp) but occasionally my health drops down really low

One method games use to create excitement is uncertainty (that's why dungeons and dragons has dice). But this game has 100% options which guarantee rapid fire, air chance, etc. I think if you take those down to 80%, it'll be more fun.

so far, so nice, but would it be possible to move the "skip"-button a bit up and to the side, so it would be clickable comfortably without having to close upgrade menus?

Pretty nice game. Cool to see you are tweeking and updating it along the way ;). Little suggestion: Game speed without skipping is slow. So an auto skip when less than x (5?) enemies would be a nice feature for me.

Game is a bunch of fun, but next to no replay value once you let it run for an hour or two. just maxed out next to everything on the offense tab, and I'm sitting here doing practically nothing other than letting the comp lag xD. overall though? Game is fantastic. Being the cheese grater at the beginning was a bunch of fun, but now it's literally "go to wave 995 and run out of data" poof. x.x Hope everyone enjoys the game, and really hope the devs read this.
P.S. I've got like 300-400 gems and don't even use them. They're pointless at this rate. Maybe more research would be cool! <3

So the update screwed with prices a lot, and now I can't even get HALF of what I did just the other day. What is this attack speed scaling? How are these % chance increases going to help me if I can't even hit often enough to use them?

i like this, it has its faults, but i like it, the defense tab needs some work for sure, its almost pointless to buy defense which is sad because i would like to utilize the lifesteal more than i do, but death is a 1 shot deal after a set amount of waves...all in all nice i like it, 4/5 from me

Wow! Such a amazing game! So unique! I think there should be more upgrades though, and other then that, it is such a amazing game! Maybe more of the types of cubes though?

I was wondering why all the high scores are 1000 something when the waves are so easy. I realized when it happened to me as I reached 1059 that it's the memory overload limiting people from continuing.

Your workshop upgardes are currently not even close to being scaled right. I just maxed my multishot targets super easy.

welp, I maxed about about half the offensive stats, I think game-crashing levels while still winning means i won the game.

Great game, challenging at first, i think the balancing is OK for a while, once you get past a certain threshold though its impossible to die... I came across a bug which crashed the game when i was about lvl 950 on hard. 'Out of memory, if you are the developer try allocating more memory to the WebGL' or something similar.....i was looking forward to getting on the score board too :(, nvm try again :D

For Orange -> Blue need larger options or a change all option. Have over a mil orange(and the run is ongoing) and at the largest options thats 100 clicks and that'll get worse as with new upgrades I'll be able to go farther. /minor complaint

With all the attention that this dev has given to this game and seeing it come from what it was to what it is even to this day, I wish I could give this game 6 stars.

@Developer, Gems are still stupidly OP... You've got a kicker of a game here. But with each update it seems to flip between being too easy and being too hard. I hope you can find a balance and I look forward to playing that game in the future :)

it could bee fun that some kind of animation in tower its apply in the game, i mean that the tower could change a little bit while you are upgrading it each time.

Issue with wave 250ish +(i.e high wave count) where buying something will lag/freeze game for about 5 secs minimum up to 20ish

It's amazing, but I spent afew rounds not knowing why I kept dieing, until I pressed the town button, maybe you should add something after you get 100 special resources that shows you should go to the workshop.

First of all,
This is an incredible upgrade game (One of the best!)
The art style is simplistic, the upgrades are interesting and the
enemies and bosses are varied. Additionally, the great layout from start-bonuses to the researching.
I was thinking of adding a new enemy, that being of a simple gold block.
It gives 5x the amount of resources and spawns 5/100, it would
simply have the same health/damage towards the common white blocks.

It's a shame all the top comments are so harsh. I love the concept and the minimalist visual design. There are obviously balance issues and a lot of irrelevant skills at the moment, but it's always good to see developers working their butts off to integrate our suggestions. I can't wait to see where this game goes.
