Oh just noticed that the special resource blocks were buffed so it's not as bad as I made it out to be but still, I liked the old system. Oh well.

update ruined the game... everything so expensiv and no gains... its like always just about to die.. annoying. no feel of shock and awe for what you put into it.. no feeling of awesome got that upgrade ill be ok for now... none of that.... and ur 100 - 1 point in town is so stupid... 10-1 was good. compared to crappy it is now how much time u expect ppl to put into this like seriously?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I love this game and played for hours yesterday but this update making everything cost way more and attack speed gains nerfed seems unnecessary
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Really like the new balance changes, haven't actually gotten far into it yet but i can already tell it's better than before. Especially the scaling on dmg and health being based on % now rather than just a fixed number everytime.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think you should have kept the old system with how much each upgrades cost and then change how much of an upgrade it was. For example, before this, attack only went up by .5 per upgrade and attack speed by .1 per upgrade. Now however, attack is by 1 per while attack speed is .05 per with wayyyy more cost to it. Easier to get overwhelmed now since tower can't keep up.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It was a lot more fun when things only went up +1 When you bought them because now its really hard to afford ANYTHING I like the difficulties but seriously like +4 for 1 attack speed? That's just dumb, I'm sorry to say this but until this goes back to normal it's a 1/5 For me
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
alright i take back what i just wrote you've fixed the numbers that triggered my ocd. Thou the enemies are waaay too powerfull
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Maybe you should change the health system so it keeps in normal numbers with one decimal. Etc 13,5 instead of 13,497 and stuff
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The attack speed's cost is gettin expensive so fast, it is barely affordable and if the tower's not attacking fast enough, we quickly get overwhelmed by ennemies and it is game over.

Hey, everybody, if you have a problem with webgl on firefox, then you must do simple thing. Open blank site, write "about:config" -> enter. You will have warning about warranty and security, you must accept, then in filter you must write "webgl.force" and you must click leftclick 2 times filter named "webgl.force.enabled" , then check if status was changed from "false" to "true" and you have now webgl enabled.

Part 2
To put this in perspective, if you were to start the round with 1000 resources (regular gray blocks) and only spent 300 of them that first wave, you would only earn a measly .7 resources (700 left over x .1% = .7) to add to your 700. This is ridiculous! How is that balanced? This makes the Interest function useless at best. There is certainly no incentive to use it as it is. Move the decimal place at least one to the right, and you might be closer to something "interest"-ing.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
After spending not a small amount of time playing the game previously, I loaded up the game today only to find an updated version, with balancing, etc., etc. The more I play, the more I feel like this update is a step backwards, especially with regard to balancing. For example, if you've slogged along long enough to earn 10 blue blocks to spend in the Factory, and you spend that considerable amount all on Interest/Wave in order to reward yourself at the start of each wave for not spending all your resources all at once, you will be disappointed to realize that you are only earning .1% (yes, one tenth of 1%). And I thought the banks were tightwads! Since 1% of something is one hundredth of it, this means that you're earning one thousandth of your remaining resources each wave as a "bonus."

@oldfern x0 speed is x0 speed. nothing happens. you need to click the current speed to "turn it off". however, a x1 speed button wouldnt go amiss, to prevent confusion

Man, the attack speed's cost is gettin expensive so fast, it is barely affordable and if the tower's not attacking fast enough, we quickly get overwhelmed by ennemies and it is game over.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I like how you made the attack speed way more expensive and now you need to focus more on tower health and other things like rapid fire and all those power ups.. Glad to see you guys really wanna make this an amazing game, keep it up.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
this new upgrade with hard reset request ruined the economy, and there's no real balance. It's made starting out a nightmare, especially for the tiny little gains on upgrade makes it overly frustrating. I want value to my spending.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
with the new update I am unable to get gems from getting past the level requirements, got the level 23 in the normal option, no gems
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
WTF. Why Missile speed is useless... it's very important on high level where the cubes move very fast (to gravity them before they can get close to ur tower)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I really like the how you balanced the game with the new prices, but I think the workshop needs to be balanced because buying multishot target, rapid fire missile, or bounce amounts all cost one. I think these should cost more because if I upgrade these the game becomes very easy very quickly.

Wave 434 hard mode. Attack: Infinite. HP: NaN/Infinite. I guess it's time to stop. I think the previous version was better: for beginners, in v 0.07, everything is expensive like hell, most upgrades aren't worth it, and the Ressource bonus + Interest is still the key. I think you're trying to balance too many options at a time ;) however, great job so far, and congratulations for all your work!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
In one way the balancing is better, however, some things (like Attack speed) got heavily nerfed and some people will struggle to find an equally strong strategy. Some upgrades cost so much that the blueprints are necessary to use them properly (maybe not a bad idea though). The gems can't be earned twice at the same difficulty in the same level, which is good but it makes the difficulties seem more like different levels you have to progress through. Overall maybe a better state to test balancing, but some more improvements will be needed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the balance is better but now you dont have a goal :´(
i liked the possibility getting infinity money.
tell me where i can find the old version!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You nerfed ASPD way too much. You not only decreased increments by half of what it used to be, but you also ramped up the price. Only one of those would have been neccessary.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Tower doesn't shoot well if game is running in another tab. Even on high level of attack speed and damage i can loose in third wave if game is in another tab, where normaly i can last 15

What's happening?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Wow... I started to play just before the most recent update, but now it is just way to hard and unbalanced... Disappointing.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
New balance changes are horrible. The game was fun before the recent chain of updates, but attack speed being nerfed, resource bonus being incredibly expensive, and resources starting to show up in decimals are all very bad changes. I'd really suggest rolling back the last series of changes and going to how the game was yesterday.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Ok so i don't know why this happens, but if you keep the game minimized the enemies will mess you up. Played a round of easy and bought upgrades for my starting funds to see how far it'd go, it went into 10+ rounds, did the same thing again but after buying the upgrades i minimized the game, and then enemies beat me in round 4.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think the balance is great now. But I'm having an issue where the research component won't start when I press the button. (using Chrome if that helps)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This is just a thought but how about if you could Place down another mini Tower and then manually upgrade that tower (and maybe a wall)?
