Description

Death Typer is your regular zombie shooter... but with a huge scary and exciting twist! Shooting does not happen by repeatedly pressing the left mouse button, but by entering a given text.

Sounds easy? HA! It's not that easy if you consider that your good old ten-finger-typewriter-typing-systemโ„ข is useless, as you need one of your two hands to aim with the mouse >:D

There are different kinds of enemies:

- A normal zombie ('cause #swag)
- A fast zombie that is faster than others but also dies faster
- A typical large zombie (slow but strong)

Also there are as of yet two levels, one is more narrow and the other one is more open. Both play very differently.

The game is not finished yet and still needs "some" polishing and balancing 'n' shit. However, it is already very playable.

I hope for some constructive criticism that can help me make this game into a much better one.

How to Play

Mouse to aim and the rest of the keyboard to enter the given text.

I'm sorry but this is a terminally stupid combination of things. It's not even remotely fun to somehow attempt to type and target at the same time. Nor does the random nonsense aspect of the typing help anything. Two great tastes do not always go great together ;p

Best advice I can give. Auto target the target then bring up the sentence to type. having to move a cursor and type is impossible.

The concept is pretty good... although there's one thing that makes these type-to-kill games interesting for me is some kind of rewarding reaction (be it graphic or sonorous) to your 'shots' or 'kills'. Maybe visible bullets and more complex zombie animations would make me want to keep going, despite the difficulty of typing fast with a single hand :P. Also, I think you should implement a scoreboard as soon as possible.
