@Kazecuden: Yes, similar decks to that rainbow ones will work fine against the fake gods. I don't think anyone cares enough to play for the meaningless "top 50" status.

There is not "best" element. As of now, a Rainbow deck, consisting of specific cards from each element, is probably your best bet. For those of you that want to fight the Fake Gods to earn a lot of money (the cards you win are worth over 1100 coins in the bazaar), then I recommend using the deck that Scaredgirl has posted on the Elements forum. Many of the strategies are see posted in the comments work, to an extent, but are vastly inferior compared to many of the pro strategies for this game. If you wish to visit the forum, go to the main site (by click on the button in the top right of the main menu), and then click on the Elements Forum link below the Flash game. Alternatively, you can go to this link: http://elementstheforum.smfforfree3.com/index.php Good luck with getting to the top 50. =D

And sinsaint, the only one of those that really matters, is maybe the glitch. You ALWAYS need more quantums/pillars. Monsters are quite easy to kill. There's 9 spells off the top of my head, plus anything with Devourer, that can kill monsters. The healing spell with Angels is powerful, yes, but it's mostly for the Gravity/Light combo the Gravity elder uses. And creatures like forest spirit CAN get powerful, but A. they can be killed early. B. Every deck has SOMETHING that can get really powerful or is really good. Think about it, aside from the Emerald dragon in the life category, what other powerful monsters are there? None really. Every other Element generally has 2 more powerful monsters (Air: Dragon, FF Queen, just an example.) You probably just didn't play the game long enough. There are good strategies and ways to get around all of the 'problems' you posted.

So I have been trying out a few decks due to a few game accounts, and I have come up with a rather fun deck that will easily get you the Elemental Mastery at the end of a match (finish with 100 HP) Here is the deck listing /// 7 Emerald Pillar, 1-2 Rustler, 4 Emerald Bond, 10-12 Wind Pillar, 6 Firefly Queen, 1 Owl Eye, and an optional Druidic Staff and Fog Shield for support. It takes care of level 0-3 but not so good with the level 6 or top 50 decks.

don't see why the complaints about the PVP system. while the high-score player wins a little and may lose a lot from a duel, the low-score player has the opposite deal.

inferno i know a better combo...
oty, boneyard, bonewall, vulture, and emp...that way u can even elementally master fake gods with ease

several problems:
1: quantums are accumulated every turn, so it is impossible to run out, or ever need more pillars.
2. monsters are difficult to kill. They can only be killed with spells, and most people don't pack 5 drain lifes in their deck.
3. and this one is a glitch. trying to use the virus' ability infect cannot be undone. hitting cancel does not bring your monster back. not serious, seeing how weak they are, but still a glitch.
4. abilities affecting monsters are just too powerful. healing effects restore 5 life, but the average monster probably has 2.
Creatures like the Forest spirit, which anyone can get, can become overly powerful, especially since (back to #1) you never really need more quantums!.

The game is less than perfect, but what game is, really? I would not mind seeing some way to keep allow non-upgraded decks fight only
the other non-upgraded decks or the like.
I'd also like to be able to have a battle with stacked decks, where we each are allowed to pre-select the cards to see which one works best, etc.

This game is terrible. PVP matching system gives you ppl with 1000+ wins when you have 100. Ive counted about 25ppl with unlimited everything, and upgraded cards are insane .
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It used to be about good deckbuilding. Now it's about who has will and time to waste getting those upgraded cards which are insanely more powerful if you have a deck full of them...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It used to be good, until the developer went crazy with upgraded cards. I mean, some people are wasting their lives away playing an insane amount of time to upgrade every card in their deck.

needs better ways of getting new cards. either make it easier to get money or something else. Seeing as how the game focuses on deck-building i see no problem with it being easy to make money and get new cards either =).

Burning, quantums rock. I play a rainbow, and with a few sundials and hourglasses, quantums get the job done VERY well.

Miracle is only overpowered if you get more than one a game. I've beaten opponents who've gotten 2 miracles using my fire deck. If you've got board superiority or poisoned them enough, miracle only buys them a few more turns.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Needs some serious balancing. Some cards/elements are way stronger than others. Darkness and Fire are the only elements that can kill weapons/shields, other than earth/gravity's rare weapon. Immaterial/immortality for creatures and weapons/shields is lame, "once it's down, you can't deal with it." At the very least, make playing multiple colors easier. The "every element" pillar doesn't get the job done.

Time/Aether deck? Ew. Anubis isn't overpowered, immortal creatures aren't that huge of an advantage. If anything is overpowered, its miracle.
