2 months ago I was contacted by Wizards of the Coast. Yes, THE Wizards of the Coast behind Magic the Gathering and other games. Apparently they have been following the rising success of Elements and were interested in buying Elements. At first I was hesitant because I didn't want them to ruin my vision of the game, but after talking to them on the phone multiple times, the deal sounded better and better.
Last week I flew to Renton and talked with the owner Peter Adkison himself. After 30 minutes with him, I was confident that Elements would be in good hands so I signed the papers. Starting in May, Wizards of the Coast will have full ownership over Elements!
They will put their own man in charge of the project (Brian something..), but they will keep me listed as an outside consultant for up to 6 months. The Elements team will have a total of 7 people, most of them working on Elements full-time, which means a lot more new cards and new updates!

terran thats a good point, but i wasnt aiming it at the rainbow deck, btw ffq got the card "hope" which jsut destroys

If anything the "overpowered" decks (rainbows) got nerfed. FFQ, Hourglass, Pulverizer, Steal etc. all got nerfed, and they're the most common cards in a rainbow. The new cards mostly created counters for rainbows or enhanced elements that needed it. And @clear, wise is right, you do complain about every update...

you obviously dont understand the game, seeing as some of the strongest decks (atleasta ccording to the QQ< i dont think any are stronger than others) are rainbows, and all of the cards created NEW decks, they didnt make current decks stronger, jsut different. Oh, but what am i saying? Cleanbrain is a retard who complains about everything.

branden, we have already answered this, 3 times in fact. It will only spin cards that are in their deck, not on their field.

mega, either practice lots of deck making on the trainer or suck it up. In case you dont know the trainer (www.elementsthegame.com/trainer) lets you buy all cards you want (including rares) and gives you allt he money you need to upgrade the cards. You can then test on AI1-5 T50 and FGs. You cant pvp, but you can see if the card ratio works before wasting money.

augh, im serious, this game is fixed for the comp. i like the game and all but its so cheap sometimes, they just keep using fireball and thunderstorm and rain of fire and all kinds of stuff that kills all your enemies and if you have any of those cards, they never show up when you need them most, ive tried many different decks and i just cant figure out how to have enugh cards that will make it so you enough pillars at the start but not keep picking them up throughout the game, becuase well its kinda impossible, but still. ya i know im wjining but its so frusterating, i play this gamebecuase i enjoy it, but it ruins my mood in under 2 minutes.

decent game but the amount of grinding needed to upgrade many cards is too much. Especially since i want to be able to try diff element decks then what i chose at beginning. also the oracle should give card everytime or at least be 50-50, i have gotten maybe 1 card from the oracle ever

u gotta beat the 500 point quest to be able to upgrade cards and fight fake gods. and also, upgrading 1 card costs 1.5k electrums
