@typodestroyer9001: There are lots of decks that can easily beat dive and PU. Normal rushes would out rush it more often then not.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Well, I mean, dive-and-parallel-universe, etc. decks get higher damage, but for a relatively early & unoptimized deck 28 per turn will tend to take down a foe fairly quickly. (I prefer optimizing my play style, which doesn't go "super" since it doesn't match any of the "super" decks, rather than optimizing my deck to the point where I always win, but aren't using the strategies I'd like to use.)

Mutations are so awesome. 14/6 bone dragon with 1-death-cost dive (and death is my secondary). 28 damage per round, booyah.

I've played a ton of the Yugioh game here on Kongregate, but I was sort of ashamed to tell anyone else about it because it was Yugioh and a really awful money-grab game. I actually WANT to tell other people about Elements because the game is so awesome, presentable, AND no stupid pay-to-win system.

@jotabeas: Trios are unstable. And death/water/dark isn't a very good stall. it has 3 or 4 real options, all of which a mono or duo would do much better.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Death + Water+ Dark deck, I can win very easily by outlasting my enemies and seeing them die poisoned. However, it is a PAIN to get enough score (150! I still am at 110!)

lower upgrade cost? http://elementsthegame.wikia.com/wiki/Nova_Rush this deck costs like 10000 electron and is all about upping....

I agree with omega and edc here- I've given some false/bad advice over the time I've been playing. and every time I've almost immediately been corrected.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I must agree with omega here. The amount of people who would give bad suggestions on puropse is very very low, actually I can't rememebr a sinlge one in over a year. And even if such person would do that there is usually someone else to tell you the truth. Secondly yes typing things several times is indeed ineffective but I think it's better than asking in chat.

aefields: You assume the worst of people. Generally, people give fine answers. You should be able to tell when they are completely bullshitting you. The forums is much better for info then the wiki, it is kept a lot more updated and relevant.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@edcedcedc "And why not ask thing in chat," Because the answers come from random people. The Wiki is a useful place to look. Permanent. If people who know would improve it, that would be better than saying the same thing over and over again to new players. Lots of typing. Lots of assuming that honest people are on-line to answer the questions and that they are motivated enough to do so. Thus assuming dishonest people are not on-line.

Well, posting your questions here is lame, it isn't what comment section is for. Don't be shy, come ask us in chat, I am sure someone will help you/answer your questions/give you useful links. And if you think your deck sucks, you can always simply change

aefields yes this game ain't newbie friendly but the developer is workign on the next patch wich will make it easier for beginners. And why not ask thing in chat, faster answer saves comment space?

@skubaskibum
You're saying that because the game's too hard for you. If you had any other reason you would tell, but I see that "haters gonna hate" now, in your comment. Also, the game isn't stupid. You simply don't appreciate it. Tell me, how will you feel if you make a game and everyone posted that the game you made is bad because it's too hard? Well, that's what you're doing at your comment.

Listen, pal, I've been playing this game since September 2011. My score is in the 6 digits. If you can't win with your deck, maybe it's because your deck isn't good. Maybe you should try to improve it, streamline it, or simply changing it.

You know what else is stupid? posting critics about a game you barely played, I said this many times before and I will most likely have to say it agian. Stompy made a test see how long time it takes to reach 500score from scratch, it took him 7 matches and 20 minutes. If you want to know how ask me or anyone in chat. Also Vragas if your deck got 58 boens without winning you are clearly doning somethign wrong you should have won befreo you even got colse to that many bones. Imortals are good yes but they are slow and expensive so. Also it's easy to counter imortals I could make at least 10 decks who easilly can so they are not broken, face the fact you don't know much about this game.

Did they use a card named shard of wisdom on that immortal? That deals spell damage, negating shields. Same with momentum. Otherwise, a card such as SoW is really the only good use with immortal.

That's the point frozengaia... I created 4 decks until I could understand the game properly. The match I pointed I was playing with a deck of schrodinger cat + bone to generate skeletons. I got a bone wall with 58 charges and they simply ignored it. They also ignored the Plague, which affects EVERY creature and I don't target anything...
I played with an water and fire deck of steam machines and toadfishes, and I got another problem: my fire shield wasn't hurting them the way it hurts the others. It's just STUPID! This is what I'm trying to say here... I know there are decks and decks, and some are the counter strategy to some (I play card games since a long time...), but this is just unbelievable!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Vragas: That just sounds like you had a poorly built deck. One thing does not make the game poorly balanced -_- Also, if immortals were so poorly balanced, they would see a LOT more use then they do, especially in the competitive environment.

My point my comment below because I forgot to add it: All decks have one or two cards that are the absolute bane of existance. Immortals are the bane of your deck. Purify and sanctuaries are the bane of mine.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Ragas: What's your deck? My deck has very few problems with immortals. My deck has a ton of problems with sanctuaries/druid staff decks but a ghostmare or Shard of Void deck is not. There's a card specifically designed to target untargetable enemies, as well.
