See it for yourself.
And I am not going to waste any more time on this, please DO contact: EA games, maxism, MTG, Pepsi (I used a sphere!!!), Yu Ghi Oh, and any other company that used anything that resembles a pillar, a skull, an infinity symbol or crated any game card before me... oooh also Corel Draw and Adobe, I used their textures, fonts etc.

@zanzarino: My avatar isn't even a Hershey's kiss; it's a metal slime. Obviously it's fine to use, as it follows the Fair Use criteria. Your game does not. Example - it would not be okay to use the metal slime artwork in a game I make.

@zanzarino: "symbols and geometrical shapes" are not exactly what you are getting out of Spore. It is supplying the textures, templates, etc,..(basically doing the work). The shape of your legends symbol is exactly the same as the MTG symbol. You clearly did nothing except change the color. MTG mana/tap symbols are copyrighted, but I'm not certain if their set symbols are. Regardless, Atari & WOTC aren't likely to bother suing you unless there is more money involved. I just think that's a cheap way to develop a game and pointed it out.

@travcm
http://www.copyright.gov/
Symbols and geometrical shapes (typefaces) are not subject to copyright.
Please, read about copyright laws on that webpage and if you find anything in my game that does not comply with copyright laws… just sue me already.
Beside, I designed that pillar symbol myself (the top of it is just the earth element icon! plus 3 rectangles) and it just happened to resemble the MTG one. I didn’t even think about it until I read your comment. And you should take a closer look to the MTG one, they are not the same in color or shape.
According to your view of copyright laws every time I press a button on my keyboard it is copyright infringement because I am creating a copy of a font someone else designed. And again, according to your point of view, I should sue you because you are using a Hershey’s Kiss as an avatar... and by the way, according to "§ 107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use" your avatar is perfectly legal.

I think the best starting decks are aether, darkness, death, and maybe time :D
Later on you can buy/sell cards and make whatever you want

meh, For a beginner i suggest gravity. It works more towards defence, and making your oppent attacka decoy, while you eat up his monsters ^_^

you need to make it so that if one plays a game on elementsthegame.com, the record of that game will show up after you refresh the page here at Kong. that'd be nice!

hey guys need opinions here!which element's weapon is the best?(the special one of course i.e. titan, tsunami, arsenic etc

@ fluffeh so that they may survive initial poisoning if they emerge from a fate egg(wouldnt it be funnny if a pahse dragon comes out only to die the at the end of the turn?)

i think the time element is a bit too powerful while the water element is a bit too weak. i.e. 2 anubis will ensure an invulnerable army, lost too many times to those things.
also we should be able to buy rare cards too, albeit at a very high cost, as beating an elder elemental who has a moning star or other godlike weapons is a bit too hard, esp if they are time (anubis)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's not strange; the eilte fate egg brings up a random elite creature and micro abomination is the elite version of the abomination, even if it's actually weaker :P

@wisemage: mochiads & donations = profit. I'm not saying anyone is getting rich off of this game; I'm saying you aren't allowed to make any money off of copyrighted material.

Another thing that I find unacceptable - the Magic Legends set symbol is being used in this game - clearly stolen and illegal. Also, I'm still convinced using Spore to generate art for profit is a violation as well.

The upgrade concept is nice, but the cost is way too high. $1500 only benefits people who are willing to spend hours on end grinding for money. Considering this is a basic, card-lacking, dumb'd down version of complex CCGs (such as Magic), I'm not willing to spend that time. The real thing takes more skill and is definitely more thought-provoking.

I LOVE THIS GAME! I give it a 19999999999999999999999999999999999/1 but there are still some bugs but KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

entropy + death, is in my opinion, The best element team. You can have a virus card *1 death point* and a mutation *1 entropy point* and turn ur virus into an abomination *5 attack* ;P just sayin.

Take miracle off the fake gods, or make it only heal 99 or something... I just got a lvl 6 down to 16hp twice and ended up losing because he healed over 300 of his health >.<

eh, that's not the worse of it wisemage, I hate the ppl that stack up the elements, then just wait for comps to take over just to cast....><
