Fun game. aliens are kinda hard but if you make an army of green giants yuo wipe them out easily, should have achievements and badges.

if a enemy unit combine knight and defender make your unit hold and move back and forth
cause the defender is slow and the knght is fast and the knight have no protection then wipe the
other first not the defender he do nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

I started with Aomori then conquered surrounding territories while upgrading units until i could use samurai then i massed them

needs a easy medium hard because clearly this is stuck on extreme make the game more easy because it sucks if it isnt

what I found was that spawning samuri and running from one side of the map to the other (after taking out ranged units) works as to destroy evey unit you could ever meet, with the exeption of the mysterious islands

Here's a few tips for people who can't quite get it: Get all the soldier upgrades first! Once you do, only spawn Samurai and Knights. Once you start getting around $500 a day, only get samurai. For every new territory you get, spawn a hospital. An exception is if you plan on invading from that territory in the near future, and it's not surrounded by heavily armed enemies. Always take your most plentiful melee troop to the enemy's ranged troops. This not only let's you do a bombing run on them (running past and doing quick damage without taking much) but it lets you remove the factor of ranged troops, allowing you to think numbers more easily. Enemy samurais are fail, but can still be a danger. In the case of a Green Giant, run past the giant and kill the rest of the troops, then swarm the giant (using the "Will" command) Press + to help others!

SHOGUN.This game is suprisingly tactical.The units were nicely done.However to some, this game is difficult.It should have different difficultys.Finnaly,The spells are barely used.They should be more influential.Anyways, Great GameVery original, 5/5

In my opinion, one of the best games on kongregate. It would be great to see a part two, expecially with character upgrades so that people don't just get rid of their soldiers and weaker troops.

i won i won its actually prety ezy when you know what the all the stratigies can do heres a hint to defeat the strange organisms first control the three islands which should be easy if you use samurais and your choice then the boss gets tricky use only samurai when your troop number reaches 10 get zeuses strategy (the last one the yellow one) keep on doing that with the three strange islands and soon youll win

AHH the damn strange organisms are way too hard it takes ages to kill plus youll need 125 troops to takes and you only get a maximum of 25 and only three mysterious islands attacking wave after wave doesnt realy help for me

on day 61 armori took over my nation of 10 countries the devloper should make defuculty levels like esay medum and hard

I work so hard to beat some ISLANDS? That's kinda stu-AWESOME!!!!! 9000/5 GREAT GAME! Needs number 2, AND badges. This game is very addictive and fun. And all of you... HATERS... can smash your head on the WALL.

What the developers should do is try diffrent factions and diffrent time periods, and also diffrent regions like Africa or South America, now that would be a really good idea if they release the second one....

best game ever has to have achievments like win game or win in fifty days . it would also be cool if you captured the world not just japan and if therewas a mode where you had unlimeted money ore something like that an there was another mode where you started of with more than one islands or like on dotville deluxe where you click play and then click deluxe and you get a cheat and another mode where yo coul buy buildings (click + if you agree)

The mainland is easy but once the islands appear, just be prepared with 20 green giants/5 snipers in one connection point. Then for the other two, have 25 samurais with healing so they can defend. The giants shoudl easily push through to the boss with no problem. The samurais you can have them just wait or attack, either works (just know that it's harder to attack). The strategy I used was to have them all charge forward to the long range attackers. Once they reach there, use a heal strategy and set them to will and that should take care of it.

i have no idea why people say that this is hard...maybe because they just suck or they only tried once...good game 4.5/5...lol the gods are Greek not Japanese...who gives a F**k...lol...i completed it in 59 days woop!!!
