When i first start i just use archers and sheild guys.
then i graduate to snipers and samurai. it works but i guess giants are better.

Main part is easy. I would just use the artillery on the tiles with lots of adjacent tiles and cannons on all of the others after you have maxed out your levels. Then on the sunny creature part just use samurai and artillery on your newly claimed forts. Worked for me but depends on your play style.

Some Tips:
1) I find it best to start with Hokkaido (The one on the top).
2) First get the Soldier Factory.
3) Buy all Knights (Until you've won a battle)
4) Once you've taken over another space, get a giant magnetic field so you'll produce green giants as quickly as you can
5) If you ever feel unsafe and/or you are surrounded by lots of powerful armies, get a hospital or a cannon.
6) If you start with Hokkaido, go down the East side of the board (even if there are easy-to-beat armies on the West)
7) Once you have upgraded your persons to 5 stars, buy all samurais !!!NEVER BUY ANYTHING BESIDES SAMURAIS AND KNIGHTS!!!
8) Never have more than 10 green giants to one army.
9) Once the ??? army comes. You should have about 3-5 green giant on each place where the can come attack (the rest should be samurais.)
10) Once you can attack there big base. Have all samurais on the little island and maybe 1-2 green giant.
11) Just keep attacking until you win!

ok this time limit thing is completley stupid (I mean, I had this noob take over some of my totally undefended states, and when I tried to get them back, I almost defeated the last troop when the time limit ran out. And it happened to all the times I tried to get my 6 noob taken states back. That's just sad. completly sad. and STUPID TOO.)

wait...I think thee is samuari. Sorry for the comment below (or above). ALex7545, samurai is the last and probably most powerful troop.

I think instead of knights there should be samurai. Just change the knight name to samurai but keep everyhting esle unchanged. Nice game, although it is a little too hard for me. I cannot find any natrual power that produces green giants :S cause a lot of people emntioned a natrual power that created green giants ........

For best results, start out at armori (the one with 3 skeletons per day in the north) and add a graveyard. after 2 days (noone should attack) you can take the northernmost city. in that one put a military research thing on it and you should be fine. For the rest of the cities i would suggest green giants so you can prepare for the organisms.

Killed the boss with 4 waves of samurai and used the 1st strategy of testing know him what he used 2nd wait strategy of defence 3rd attack strategy the boss is dead except the others, 4th was attack strategy again.

ok after much trial and error i tried hokkaido and im actually getting somewhere :D. Its only got enemies on one side so you can move out in one direction and you get more money :P

well i completed the game using 10 samurai with 15 snipers, the only time i changed that combo was to kill the boss with green giants.

dude i was just being stupid and made a full army of ninjas. They're owning the cpus! you just stay back and let them throw ninja stars then when they get close, put will then heal them with the asceplious or watever. too bad i havnt gotten to the organisms yet...

timsi ur an idiot, 2000 is not much seeing as when u fight the unknown beings who friging own u (If u dont have massive waves of green giants) in which time u have 2430 per turn, also if u use 25 green giants to take down each unknown being territory u arent very good at this game

Funny how in the game we're Japanese, but none of us hunt dolphins or whales. Also funny how we're Japanese, but we're "praying" to the Greek Gods for our strategies...
