The Impossible badge may look impossible, but if you are passionate about the game, just keep playing it every day or so, concentrating on what you like without neglecting any levels, doing your best and gradually improving, and even with average reflexes, you will eventually get it.

If Red Ball and Blue Ball are supposed to be working together, then why are they angrily staring at each other on the thumbnail? ._.

Sweet baby jesus I finally got that impossible badge. I can echo @Marvaddin's advice to play the levels you're good at. I got 47 less than the dev's score on Chroma Zones, but 47 more than the dev in Fading Lines. And I'll add that it helps to proactively take out beams instead of letting them come to you.

Upon this review, I came back to this game several months after innitially playing it. I still can not rap my head around how enjoyable it is to hear "BEAM BALL....... MASTER!" Every noise this game makes is lovable, I'm a sucker for games with good music/sounds.

Had to give up once I got into the very motion heavy dark world levels (e.g. "Unit Circle" it was giving me motion sickness. Up 'till then I was really enjoying it.

Some high scores later as I am really close to the imp badge, And my last comment still stands, all high scores are based on RNG, Dark world only enhances RNG, only people without skill think this game requires skill. When two beams of either color come out at the same time, no matter who you are, you die, when that doesn't happen and you can place your ball against the wall and come out with 100+ score, anyone can do that. Again I wonder why bad games with poor controls get badges.

If you have problems with beam ball badge try to change the URL to the "correct one" for you like http://www.kongregate.com/games/zyxstand/beam-ball?tab=achievements

I just find stutter really hard, I tried letting the lines hit me but the purple lines seem to have bigger hitboxes than the normal coloured lines :(

As someone whose never had any problems with dizziness or nausea or strokes or any visual impairment, the dark zone orbit level messes me up real good.

One of the coolest games iv'e ever played. The music and the gameplay are great and the narrator voice is good. 10/10

Games pretty easy, just suffers from rng over skill in many situations. No idea why game devs determine difficulty by random chance, and the scores for the game show it, always weird to me when bad games with low scores get badges over games which have deserved badges for years.

The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

Finally, the impossible badge is mine. 27h, 100k beams, 3.5 deaths. 22 dev highscores left, that game is just too much fun to play to stop :)
Though there are some levels I do not care to revisit, like snake. There's something unnatural, confusing, rhythm-breaking about it.

I've spent 6:24:06 time in this game overall, and 1:02:49 has been in Level 18: Chromatic Swap (Light). Really? XD That's like a 6th of my game time overall. I finally got it, lol. Still 10 levels to go for all stars, all of which are Dark Levels now.

I played this for 5 minutes and wanted to smack my head against a brick wall. So I played for 5 more minutes. And then 5 more....

lequinow's notes are on the money, and I'll add that the story does what it should: These are balls. Heroes, but still balls. They're not a triangle that the dev says is really a princess or line that "represents" a troll. Red and Blue just balls, and yet the story is compelling all the same. Much love to you guys. 4/5

Instant rage inducers: 1) Triangle formation of death (of same color) 2) Blue sandwich (when you're in center and you got blue ball behind red and two blue lines come in from opposite sides and near parallel) 3) Impossible X-formation (Jupiter) 4) When you swear the correct ball hit the bar first and you see the flash of the bar but you still die anyways and you're going crazy thinking there's gotta be a minuscule delay between actual hit and hit recognition

Impossible badge advice (after 11 hours): This back is 55% skill, 45% luck. There will be some rounds that you just get a bad series of lines. You can't do much about it. Persevere and you can do it though! I got 100+ in: (Light) 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13. Focus on getting as many light levels into the 90+ range as you can. Only 8 of my dark levels were 75 or higher, so the light average saved me and got me to 3016.
