is there a way for game progress to transfer between computers? because I feel that would be rather helpful, and not just on this game, but site-wide progress saved online, instead of on the computer. other than that, REALLY good game. love it :)

Great!! the badge tab remembers my progress... but not the game. I ve to restart everything from beginning... (i didn t delete my cookies or anything of that kind)

Getting the impossible badge was probably the longest game play i've ever done on kongregate. None the less it was completely worth it. If you get 75 on each level you can achieve 3000 but if you try to aim to get 100 on each light world levels it will be easier. I found i did better when i just kept trying to get 100 rather then going to another.

Chromatic swap in dark world isn't always random. If you move forward, with the second ball following you, then the swap is random. But if you move backwards, pushing the second ball back, then it will swap 100% of the time.

So, something pretty weird happened with my save. 2 days ago (27/01) i started playing this game, got ~1000 score, 52 stars, and 3 starred Guardian (with 87 as High Score) and True Colors... Then yesterday (28/01), i came back to it, and my save was gone. So i started it again, Got about 40 stars, 3 starred Guardian (with 106 points) and Stalker... Then today (29/01), i went back to it, and somehow, my save from 27/01 was restored, and replaced my save from yesterday, so, i was back with 52 stars, 3 stars on Guardian and True Colors (and not on Stalker), and my Guardian high score was back to 87...

The game ends up being luck based because of the random line generation (2 different colored lines stacked on each other).

Sub 5 hour impossible badge :D https://imgur.com/a/chJwE
If you want advice, I have 8 (including two dark world) scores over 100, one of which is above 150. Another 3 are above 90. Those top 8 make up almost 33% of the total score. Once you get close to the dev score, move on unless you are certain there is significant room for improvement. Spend your time in the light world. Only 4 dark levels had more than 10 minutes time for me. For dark world, the only dev score I beat were: Flash attack (by 2), Snake (by 5),Wall Ball (by 15), and True Colours (by 28!!!). Other levels with low (20 difference) dev scores are: Busta Line, Fading Lines, True Colours, and Reflector. Reflector I beat by 67. Start with three starring everything, then work on those levels. Then, play to your strengths. If you need more help/specific advice, try whispering me, but I might get rusty.

I like the...how should I say?... "Disco" or "Psychedelic" feel of this game. But two things stop me from giving it a 5/5. 1.Bad memory management, it's kind of weird that games in kong these days are actually very common to have this problem. 2.The line generation algorithm seems to be a bit too random, you should try to exclude lines generated from certain direction when a specific colored line already occurred in the screen.

There's something sinister about level 20 on dark mode. It feels like the game is probing around inside my brain or something.

Stage 1 (Busta Line) trick: Always move in circular shape, in the same direction. Change the speed or wideness according to the beams.

Welp, I know I'm gonna have to upgrade my potato before I attempt the hard and impossible badges. Perhaps I can try adding a carrot...

I like the concept. It just irritates me to no end how often RNG screws you out of a good run by throwing you an impossible scenario. It ends up making it so that you have to just throw yourself at the same level again and again until the RNG grants you mercy so you can get a decent score if you're going for the last badge. I mean yeah, skill is a factor too, but sometimes it doesn't matter how skillful you are, because the lines generate in such a way that you have essentially no chance of not losing.

I've lost "Some" progress 0.0. First time that happens to me >.< and i know that for sure thanks to my own submitted scores :I

I think it would be interesting to add some kind of signal in the corner of each stage (or when the person moves the mouse over), indicating how many points above the 3 stars one could do. That way it would be easier to select the levels where a person did better to try to get more points and get the impossible badge.

IMPOSSIBLE BADGE ACHIEVED! After 25:10:08. Wow. That was fun. My highscore ended up being exactly 3000 overall, but that's fine by me. Yay! My first ever impossible badge!

Why is my score in Dark Flash Attack higher than in Light Flash Attack? For some reason the dark version seems easier, not sure why.

man just getting 120 stars should be lucky enough to earn that badge, now i actually have to be good and get high scores? meh 550 to go...

One of those games where you rage because you lose, but yet try again to get a better score! Love the concept of this game!

Things I like: Satisfying gameplay, variety of mechanics, reasonable difficulty, adding elements to Dark World to increase difficulty dynamically (as opposed to artificially by ramping up speed). Things I dislike: Blue ball reversing and Dark-world induced vertigo and seasickness XO 4/5

The Impossible badge may look impossible, but if you are passionate about the game, just keep playing it every day or so, concentrating on what you like without neglecting any levels, doing your best and gradually improving, and even with average reflexes, you will eventually get it.

If Red Ball and Blue Ball are supposed to be working together, then why are they angrily staring at each other on the thumbnail? ._.

Sweet baby jesus I finally got that impossible badge. I can echo @Marvaddin's advice to play the levels you're good at. I got 47 less than the dev's score on Chroma Zones, but 47 more than the dev in Fading Lines. And I'll add that it helps to proactively take out beams instead of letting them come to you.
