Descripción
Abyssal Depths is a 2D action-platformer with Metroidvania progression, fast traversal, and a mysterious subterranean world shaped by ancient crystal technology. Explore a vast hand-built map, uncover hidden sectors, collect 8 powerful upgrades and use them to open new routes, survive deadly hazards, and push deeper into the abyss.
Combat is built around mobility and ranged pressure, with upgradeable shooting, reactive enemies, environmental danger, secret notes, collectible gems, checkpoints, switches, and a major boss encounter tied to the world’s central mystery. As you explore, you’ll piece together the truth behind the Loom, awaken hidden structures, and work toward multiple ending states based on what you discover.

Just an excellent game, fun, good pacing. Could be longer, buts its great for what it is. My only gripe is that there's no incentive or lore for 100%. It just says, congrats! you got 100%!

This was very fun! I personally do not like the idea of purchasing items that are unlocked through progression, but to each their own. My only desire is for an ending that shows me what happened after unlocking the true ending. I feel like there's nothing true about it if the game only told me I did it right. However, the platforming and mass murder were nice, as well as the lore I acquired. Those three are the main things in a metroidvania I look for, and you provided. A clap and a half to you.

i cant find the eighth gem. nothing remains on my map to be picked up. is there a trick?

There is a Boss fight hidden on the map, and that will let you collect the last gem

Really fun little platformer. My only complaint is that you cannot turn gliding on/off as it causes you to have to slowly descend after you obtain the gliding feature.
Glide should only be active if you are holding down the glide button
