But then how would people have enough time to vote for him? It takes time for the entries to be approved to be viewed by the public . . .
*Reads the rules again . . .*
But then again nothing in the rules that says an entry not set to public can not start earning votes or even win the contest! All you need to do is post the link given when you submit your entry and . . .

How do I go about reporting suspicious activity

No point. Multiple people are using less than ethical means to get votes and the contest administrators didn't have the forthsight to anticipate vote rigging methods and protect against them from the get go.

Each individual should only vote once per day, it's pretty clear that this is the expectation. I'll try and see what tools we have for detecting signs of fraud and adjusting votes to make things more fair.

The only way to move forward is to reset the vote and:
Ban a certain user *cough* from the current and all future events - this particular user has done this before
Initiate analytics on the event page to determine where, when, how the event page is being linked.
Blacklist all public/private VPN's and proxies from the event page.
Expand and/or rework IP/MAC Parameters

Ps. Let me know if you want more details as to who is cheating and how they are cheating. There are public tools out there that can sort all of this out. :')

Don't post logs or call out individual users on the forums. In addition, it's possible to read those logs as saying that the user is voting daily, not multiple times a day. Voting daily is completely acceptable. I realize people are upset, but I am not able to fully evaluated this myself at this time. I think we're more likely to cancel the voting award and not have voting for prizes in the future.

Reset votes and make voting happen through a (free) 3rd party company with enhanced security features (i.e. surveymonkey, google).

Thanks for all the awesome entries! The admins and mods are still making our picks, but when I've assembled all the prizes, the winners will be announced.

We are ready to announce the winners! First off, my apologies for the problems. I do admit that I made many mistakes in this event, and I am sorry for the hard feelings and lack of confidence brought about by the poor security of the voting system. It's my first event using this tool, and there were some things I didn't understand, nor did I communicate them clearly. I've learned a lot for the future!
So, on to the prizes. After some study and adjustments in the vote totals, I found that the two top vote getters were very close. The planning team and I decided that it made more sense to award a prize to both First Place and Runner Up. Many of the winners made more than one meme, and I'll put the winning image first but include other notable ones as well.
# First Place Vote Getter: TurkeyPie !! #

Was the winning meme. TurkeyPie's other notable entry:

# Runner Up in the Voting: Holy2334!! #

was the top getter, and there were a number of other entries, but another very popular one was especially amusing to anyone who has tried pushing the boundaries of "Flight"

# Moderator's Choice SirVoltsworth! #
Two of SirVoltsworth's Kongrememe's were discussed by both mod's and admins. The images are unique, and excellent. Note the way the user put 4 gamescreens together to make the point of the lesson...

And one of the top admin choices was another SirVoltsworth beauty:

Note the giant catsup burger, the smile on the server's face as he presents it to Wally, and, by contrast, Wally's frown. No stars, no tip, it's 0% across the board. I always wondered if that was even possible. (Can you tell I liked this one?)
# And the Admin's Choice ZeroPride! #

This was made me laugh the most. I love it, and I'm glad I'm not the only one of the admins who loved it, so that I can give it a prize.
Kongratz to the winners, I'll be in touch with you soon about your prize! And many thanks to all the participants!

Kongrats to the winners. I liked Volt's Upgrade Complete entry the most.

Any luck with this?

I think she had too many projects this month, or I forgot to put a date on the request so it keeps dropping to the bottom of that list :p

Kongratz to the winners however I am curious if the Votes-By-Mail were counted? If not then the true culprit of voting shenanigans is . . .

Nonetheless kongratz to all of the winners once again. =P
