As Tulrog pointed out, AG hand picked the games they had on their site, so the average quality was higher. Quantity was higher on Kong.
Overall, up until this latest decision to stop accepting new games, and take the forums/chat down, I would have said easily I prefer Kong for the following reasons:
1) Quantity of games.
2) Community (including chat and forums)
3) The layout of the site
4) The badges
5) The highscore system
Unfortunately, a lot of what has made Kong great over the years (and mind you, there was always room for improvement), is now going away.
