So, I'm at the point where if I wanted to, I could go start my second Boot Camp. However, I'm not sure if I want to start it now, or go and grab all of the Renown Levels first. Any thoughts on that?
Oh, and any reccomendations on what specialization and perk I should take on the camp?
I'm honestly thinking that the Land specialization is a good one to start with, and I'm thinking about grabbing the Boot Camp Upgrade cost reduction perk.
Any thoughts?

Hey casel,
In most cases I would say you should rush for new Boot Camps, as long term that gives you most score, support bonuses, and even research points.
What you are potentially missing out on is the extra few K of gold at e300, but honestly, if it's your first new Boot Camp, reaching e300 will likely be a huge grind as you do not have a ton of weekly competition badges or event badges, which add up to significant production MX bonuses over time, helping reach that point much faster later on, compared to now.
So from a "long term score/WZ progress optimization perspective" you're best off trying to start a new Boot Camp as soon as possible - or rather, when you get past the minimum requirement and progress slows down "too much". If you can grind a few 1-10e more than the minimum requirement, it's always good, but if it starts takign days between them, you should probably just start a new one.
As far as perk goes the Privatization MX is currently the most OP for long runs, as for specialization I believe Air units will average out to most bonuses over the course of a run.
So unless you're trying to be a "super achiever", for experience sake I'd suggest to start a new BC - it will help speed up your War Zone a lot as well. Maybe the first one or two you rush at least, then see if you might instead want to grind them out longer.
Hope that helps!
