1. I bought many, many things through Kreds before the relaunch of Epic War Saga. I heard I can get a compensation, but how do I activate that?
2. In the Weekly Promo I see "Pantalion the Word Demon", with 3 days left, if I want him, do I need to buy him within that time, or can I buy him later than that?
3. In the later Weekly Promos with new heroes, can I also buy them after the weekly promo is up?

1. I can't say for the devs but I don't think people will be getting a refund for things they bought in the old version of the game.
2. Usually, hero goes on promo 2 weeks before it becomes available in the Castle Throne... sometimes there are delays because the automatic system misses it or bug happened.
3. Yes, all the heroes you can see in the castle throne for crystals were first made available by an automatic weekly promo system and after it ends they're added to castle throne as I mentioned in question 2.
